Ettore sneered, growling at Rex,"Come say that to my face." He wasn't mad at what Rex said, he was made that he winked at Surf.

Surf growled to Rex, then watched Tess walk to him. She pinned her ears and glared at the red collie before looking back to Ettore "just ignore him, it was dogs like that that gave me being a stray a bad rap" she mumbled under breath.

Tess growled at the border collie, Rex. "I was a stray before. I know what its like. I know the street tricks."

Rex shook his head at them both. "Have you seen your owner die and be beaten by her husband have you seen your family give you up because you looked different then your other brothers and sister. If you have felt that then you should know what I'm going threw." He said in anger walking away from the others.

Tess looked down at her paws. "No, but iv'e beenn threw toher things." Tess said, the horriable memories flooding back.

Ettore rolled his eyes at Rex. He had seen SO many dogs act like him. They were almost always lying, so Ettore never believed a single word of it. He nodded to Surf, her eyes... They seemed to shine. He wagged his tail, almost forgetting about the question he asked her.

Tess looked over at Ettore, then to Surf. "So, ummm, whats up?" She said in a fakish tone becasue she was tryign to change the subject from strays. Tess got quite offendedned when dogs talked about strays like that. Her tail wasn't wagging,.

((ok ok im here, see i had cramps and i was sick with a 102f fever so yea, i know i appear online becuz i never log out so yea ^^;))

Surf looked to Tess and sighed before looking back to the leaving Rex and sat down with Tess and Ettore. SHe blushed softly as she found Ettore gazing directly into her eyes "heh" she chuckled and smiled, licking his cheek. her ears picked up as she heard Tess and smiled "well nothing much really" she said in a plesant manner.

Rex didn't care he was going back no matter what the others thought about him. He approuched Surf carefully so she wouldn't hurt him with her loud voice. "Hey again." He said to her.

Surf's ears picked up as she heard her name. She turned round and ganced to the red collie "oh... hey." she tryed to mend a friendship with him at least. Glancing back to Tess and Ettore then looked twards Rex again and wagged her tail slowly.
