"Thank god!" Cassie sighed. She relaxed as much as she could with no back to her seat in a racing car. She had to grip both head rests for support. She noticed that they were almost to the lake. "Only a few minutes before I can kiss the ground," she said to heself, but meant for all ears.
Cody looked out the window at Cassie's words. They were almost there. Surprisingly. Then Cody remembered who was in the driver's seat and the second of shock disappeared. Only Zane would pack a twently minues drive into less then ten.

Cassie made a kick for Zane as he got out, but saddly was a little late. She got out of the car behind Kira. "I swear, you give that car way too much attention," Cassie said to Zane as she sat on the hood of the car.
Cody gently lifted his arm off Aerion and got out of the car, holding it open for her.
Finn and Bree got out of the car together, arms still around each other. They walked over to the lake together.
Seeing that Bree seemed too busy to notice, Cody lazily draped on arm over Aerion when she got out of the car.

Cassie huffed and crossed her arms. "Point proven," she said sourly.
Cody chuckled. "That was tame compared to some of the rides we've been on with him," he said, nodding toward Zane as they walked passed him and Cassie.

Cassie rolled her eyes, ignoring his last comment. She turned her back and started toward the lake. "Well, while you stay here cooing over that car, I;m gonna have some fun." She started runing for the lake, just challenging Zane to catch her with her light heartedly laugh.
"This is only the town," Cody said. "You haven't seen him out in the country with no roads. He drives thorugh the dirt, dodging trees and rocks. But he only does that when he has someone else's care. He would never put his precious car through that kind of drving."

"Oh, come on!" Cassie shouted over her shoulder. "Boy, you have got to learn to keep up!" She laughed. It was just enough of a distraction that she tripped over a rock and landed on the ground with a yelp of surprise. But she was able to catch herself before any damage could be down and began luaghing at her own clumsiness.
"We're at a lake, what do you think we'll be doing?" Cody asked. He waited for her to think for a moment before saying, swimming of course.
His last words we meant by a yell of excitement as Bridget jumped off a nearby cliff. She had rolled up her jeans to her knees and had stripped off her first shirt so she was only in a cami.

Cassie giggled. "At least I get points for something," she said sarcatsically, picking herself. "You don't think I;m gonna let one little fall stop me from getting in that water, do you?" she asked before tkaing off again. She pulled one off one of her shoes and throw it back at him, hobbling on one foot for a few seconds.
"Really?" Cody asked, not being able to keep the surprise from his voice. "I guess I just assumed... I mean, Bree is a natural. I thought it had something to do with family."

Cassie squealed as she landed in the water. She surfaced laughing. "You jark!" she yelled at Zane teasingly. She pushed his head back under the water, having to use both her hands to do so.
"Ah, but that get so boring," Cody said. "We don't have to go swimming. We are surronded by forest. Hiking is always an option."
Kira kicked off her shoes, but avoided the edge of the lake. Instead, she laid down on the other side of the lake, far enough form the edge that the dirt was dry, to relax in her own mind, leaving the couple to themselves.
