"Both of you stop," Mist said. "We need to get out of here." She spotted a few shadows coming toward them. "Now!" She grabbed Luke and was off. She didn't care if she knew where she was going or not. She couldn't let Jacob get her.
"Wait up!" Alex called to Mist as she ran away at the sight of them. He ran with all his might. "It's me, Mist!" he tried to convince her. "Stop! I'm here to help!"
"Yeah right," Mist muttered to herself through Luke's fur.

Mist loosened her grip on Luke, not realizing how streesed she was and how hard she had grabbed him. She followed the trail Luke had showed her, but tripped on a rock as soon as she did. She feel hard to the ground and let go of Luke.
"Alex finally caught up to Mist. "Have a nice trip, see ya next fall." He chuckled, getting a low growl in return.

Luke yelped as he fell and slide across the ground. He let out a groan as his groin his a rock. He covered with his paws and groaned in pain. "That really hurt." he whined.
