Ummm....I've seen up to episode 202 and they haven't died...Kakashi appears again in the fillers several times after and Sasuke does too...but only twice.

It gets quite annoying when you find so much of one thing (which is pretty weird because it gets pretty annoying when you find not so much of one thing)...But Sasuke doesn't appear very much after 135 for reasons I won't spoil...
