I'm British so I don't have a grade but I'm in my second to third year at Senior school

in amercia you would be a softmor in high school

And being brittish must be so cool

I'm currently going to be a freshman.

I'll be going into 8th, but I should be going into 9th. o.O

Just out of curiosity, could someone give me the equivelent by looking at the British system below.

Primary School
4-5 years old (Reception)
5-6 years old (Year 1)
6-7 years old (Year Two)
7-8 years old (Year Three)
8-9 years old (year Four)
9-10 years old (Year Five)
10-11 years old (Year Six)

Secondary School (sometimes called High School)
11-12 (Year seven)
12-13 (Year eight)
13-14 (Year nine)
14-15 (Year ten)
15-16 (Year eleven)

(The following two years are known as Sixth form, but are the same as your first two years at college, student mostly take A-Levels at this time. It is optional as some leave school and go into jobs at 16 or 15)

16-17 (Year Twelve )
17-18 (Year Thirteen)

College
As stated above the first two years of any college course are the same as Years 12 and 13 at school.
Age Range, usually 16-18 but people of all ages apply for courses. Courses range from A-Levels, National and First diploma's and foundation Degrees.

University
Usually 18+

2 grade for me, i feel old

Graduated not in school for now

i meant to say 12 grade, my computer is so old that most of the keys have to be hit twice as hard
