Had to do it...
Time for the critiques (whether people want to hear them or not). Working with 8 years of graphic/logo advertisement behind me, I kind of know basics and what goes on behind the ropes to differentiate between what good and poor graphics are. (technically speaking, that is)
---
Critiques!!11! *gasp*
Couple o' Important Things to Know w/ Example Given Above:
This is a familiar image that would seem believed to fit best for this message and the graphic is established near correctly: plain, not complex, and easy for audiences to read. Typography (the use of words to establish the message in your graphic/logo) is a key component in this graphic, and I say it's probably best set up for this theme, however, the question is: what is the theme?
"Wishes do come true"; and to whom does this portray? Is the voice or message through Balto or is it from Jenna- who would most probable fit to this idea? A shady image to use when it comes to the theme technical developmental tree, alas, most people will use it and many more without further planning if the audience had no idea what Balto was; if they would understand what the message is or isn't.
Something other than just an incrementing right alignment for the text would also be more appropriate. Try experimenting with leading increments and perhaps skew the text to give more of a twist. If you are using Adobe PhotoShop CS3 Extended- or CS2 (and assuming you're not cheap using a pirated version) you can obtain the update from Adobe that contains new types of gradients and outer text glows that can give multiple new appearances to text before it becomes rasterized.
---
Other than my throbbing designer personality clawing at my mind to continue with technical issues and conflicts with dozens of other graphics, my inner self gives a thumbs-up to you and for any who attempt to make something to share with other people- graphics or not. *thumbs high*
And I speak for more than just one person too, that means all of you out there, learn to design or combust into nothingness... Bah!!! >B *points, then runs away laughing maniacally*
Oh, and if I lost people at any given time that's fine; I sometimes lose myself when I create a submission for the yearly national HAM radio DX-ing competition and Michigan Ducks Unlimited community event...

Well, at least someone has the guts to tell me what I could do t improve. I appreciate it. And here is what I have to say in reply :
The text was place around the place I thought they worked. If you did not ntice, the beginning of the words are pushed forward each time there is a new line. And its a general statement. Not really towards anyone, or anything. Does it really need to be? I am not advertising for anyone. I am just making use of my time. And no; I do not use Photoshop at all. If you read the starter, it should say that I use PhotoFiltre. I only use photoshop (which I only have Elements 3.0) for my art. And if you are really so 'grand' at making graphs, then please do share. I am sure everyone would like to see your amazingness. ;]
But anyways, thanks again for the crit.

Sorry, can't do that, because even any other work I do cannot be viewed directly to public without direct violation of my terms of agreement with JENsen Corporation (also the company where I work as a Network Tech.). If I do, it'll most probably violate my agreement with them and likewise terminate my current contract and the chance to make a little extra money and eligibility for another contract in the future.
Not to mention I took down all my art and discharged company logos off my old DeviantArt account because I was fed up with people taking my 'themes' (which too is actually infringement) and other works for their purposes.
