This song didn't make me cry, but the story it's telling is still sad.

"Annie" by Vanessa Carlton.

i think it's about a little girl who has cancer, and Vanessa's singing about how she's holding to on and cherishing the time they spend together, and respecting the girl for her bravery.

(p.s. this is based on real life, about a little girl called Victoria. i'm not sure if she survived or not..)

I agree with the choice of MCR songs. They all make me sad too. Besides that I don't really cry over songs. Which is surprising because I am a very emotional person.

Usually old folk ballads such as Green Fields of France, Fields of Athenry, and Amazing grace. But strangely, they put me in a good mood when Celtic Punk bands cover them.
