Cody walked over to the movies and got out New Moon and stuck it in. He walked over to the couch and sat down next to Shay. He wrapped a arm around Shay and put his feet onto the couch behind Shay while pulling her up next to him.

Cody intertwined their fingers and held on to her hand. He kissed Shay's head and said "I love you." Cody grabbed the remote with his free hand and started the movie.

Cody placed his free hand around Shay's waist and kissed her head again. He started watching New Moon.

Cody shook his head and snorted when it showed Bella's paper cut. He said "Stupid Edward. I would never joke around with you like that. What he did, is very dangerous. He put Bella's life on the line and that is not right."

Cody sighed and said "He should have known because he put a sharp object in the paper. I read the book after Breaking Dawn. That book is not in the Twilight saga but it is the next book. It tells Edward's story and I think it states in there about his present for Bella."

Cody sighed and said "But what Bella does to Jacob is unforgivable. She used him to help herself and he loved her. Would you use somebody like Bella did if I ever left you for your safety?"

Cody squeezed back and said "I will not leave you unless I have to Shay. I will not put you in harms way. I will leave you if that is the only thing that can protect you."
