[Balto, Complete] So wrong, but it feels so right [Part 1]

Curiousity flooded the hybrid's mind as she padded around the boat, tilting her head and watching it from all angles. She didn't really know what to make of it at first, though she saw that the lower side cast a shadow from the moon, and would indeed also cast a shadow when the sun would rise that morning. It's as good a place as any, she thought and trotted over to the shaded part, turning and dropping down into a curled sleeping position. Her mind weary, the thoughts still buzzing about her head and attacking her like a mob of bees, she tried to get to sleep, eventually conquering the feat and closing her blue eyes.

Slyth was able to hear her breathing so he figured she wasn't hurt to bad. He was unsure what to do though. Looking around he tried to spot his other sister. "Where's Mira when you need her?" Since he couldn't find her, he decided that he would just put her in her bed and let her rest. The bleeding was nothing serious and he was sure their owners could wash off whatever bit got onto the cushion that made up her bed. So, taking hold of her by the scruff of her neck and pulling her back. Trying not to bump into anything so he didn't wake their owners on the way to the other side of the room. She may not have been able to get to sleep despite her sleepyness, but she was deffinatly out now.

"Need any help?" A voice asked, and as the figure that owned the ovice came out of the shadows, she was smiling, it was Mira. She sighed and went under Saba, picking up the rest of her body wiht much effort.

At the sound of the voice, Slyth let go of Saba, turning to look for the owner. As soon as his eyes fell over Mira, he was a little surprised. What on earth was she doing up this late? He didn't ask though. He was to tired to even care why anyway. After making a low rumble sound, he bent down and lifted saba back up by the scruff. Eyes dropping shut he and Mira carried saba back to her bed.

Once they'd set her down on the cushion, he yawned and headed for his own bed. Brushing past Mira, he said his thanks in a tired voice. But that was it. He was pratically sleep walking. Hopefully, Mira didn't have anything she wanted to talk about. It was too late to even be talking, let alone be awake. Laying down on his cushion once again, he curled his legs up and fell asleep.

Early the next morning, before the sun had even risen, Blitz was awoken by the sound of a very angry car horn honking in her ear. Wait, a car? Next to the beach? Her blue eyes opened to reveal to her that it was not a car, but it was a rather disturbed looking Russian goose, who was shouting something about the boat she was under and how she shouldn't have slept there. At least, that's what it sounded like. She raised a brow at him and said tiredly, "What?"

"I said, methinks you need to be getting up now before I have to send a couple of polar bears after your furry tail. This is private property, not for sleepy ho boes." It was of course Boris, though the hybrid had no idea who he was, or why he was shouting at her.

"Oh, um okay. Sorry, I didn't know someone lived here." She yawned again and stretched before standing and beginning to pad away, the gander still watching her every move with a distrustful eye.

As Saba woke the next morning, she stretched, bits of her neckfur ogign into the owund made her yelp "What the?!" she shrieked as her black cushin was now dark red.

"What happened...I-" she yelped as her paw touched the owund, givign off a gasp. She had no clue as to what happened after she hit the ground.

(wow its been a while since i've could of posted)

When the sun hit Max's eyes he woke up on the street he fell asleep on but he didnt remember how he got there. He got up and looked around the streets of Nome in the early, letting out a long yawn and bend down stretched. He looked down after seeing the red paint on the ground that he knock over and then at his fur as the red paint was over on his almost whole side, he sighed "darn how in the world did i do that, mom's going to kill me for this....i hope i can remove it. He started towards the house but turned around thinking to himself " i should really see dad before mom" he started off towards to the boat. As he got to the boat, he jumpped up onto the side of it "hey dad, can i talk with you" he looking around hearing Boris yelling "Boris, are you never yelling at muk and luk" but he saw it wasnt them and saw Blitz "Blitz?, what are you doing on dad's boat" he asked

Slyth, who had still been deeply asleep, was startled by Saba's shriek. He sat up, the fur on his back sticking up, legs stiff and eyes starring off into space. His ears remained in the air, as if trying to pick up another sound. However, he stayed this way for less than a minute. Without even looking in Saba's direction, he layed back down. Too tired to get up yet. His eyes closed again and with that, he was off to sleep again.

Saba sighed, sititng down with a thump as she saw Mira head off to Balto's boat. Saba gave a shake of her head.

Mira blinke,d blushing as she saw her oler brother "Max! What're are yah doing here so early?" she asked, it was early.

Max tilted his head towards Blitz but looked back at the sound of his younger sister Mira, and smirked "hey Mira, well i fell asleep on a street yesterday and got this all over." he turned to his one side, a dark red paint on his fur, it was dired and made his fur all pointy, almost like red spiked fur on the side. He then sighed looking at the ground almost, but perked up his head towards Mira "i guess i passed out, out of tiredness yesterday, cause all i remember is leaving the house at night and i cant go home like this because mom would kill me for it". He sat himself down, looking back towards where he was guessing his father was "so i came here to see if dad knows a way to get it off without mom knowing, i think i'll leave out the leaving home at late part too." and grined "but i guess thats just me for ya" he said turning around again, still clueless about Blitz being on the boat

"Huh?" The younger hybrid had raised her gaze to see that Max had made his way to the boat and had started talking to the angry goose before seeing her. "Uh..." She was left almost speechless at the words, 'dad's boat' and it took her a minute to try and fit all of this in. This is Balto's boat? She opened her maw to speak, but then another fae came trotting over. Her ears perked up and she turned to watch the other husky move toward them, staying quiet just to listen for a moment. It appeared that Max knew her well, since it was easy for him to talk to her.

Finally, she cleared her throat and said, "Hey Max. I was just...resting under the boat. I really didn't feel much like going home last night, a lot was on my mind, then this psycho goose started yelling in my ear, so I thought it was a good idea to leave. I didn't know anyone lived here." Her heart leapt again as she realized that her hero, her idol, was living, probably snoozing, only a few yards away from her now.

Boris, meanwhile, stood looking from the two he knew, to the one he didn't. His gaze softened however when Max spoke to her and she spoke back in a friendly manner. "I em no crazy goose, just protective one. Sorry, I thought you were low life with no purpose." It was an odd, almost stiff apology and the goose left soon after, probably from embarassment at having harrassed someone who seemed to be a friend of one of Balto's children.

Mira giggled, getting onto the boat she grinned, following beside the goose "Uncle Boris....I got a question, whyt'd you start yelling at Max's friend? You tihnk Papa would like that?" she giggled 'I know I wouln't." she shook her head. Mira was still young. Onle about a year or so younger than Max and much younger htan Slyth or Saba. She had tawny fur all over and a gold locket hung on her neck. She grinned, waiting for her "Uncle" to answer.

Max's ears perk as Blitz answered the question and he turned his head back other to her. "Yeah i geuss thats understandable, thats happen to me before to, but as you can see i usually just come here" he said sitting himself down. He started to laugh hard as she mentioned Boris as an psycho goose. "Good old uncle Boris, its just the way he is but its ok your a friend of us, i'm sure you'd be a allowed too". He then he remembered how she talked about wanting to meet Balto in the past, so he smirked. "you want to meet our father Blitz?" He looked over to where Balto was normally. "well if he's awake anyway, Muk and Luk sometimes wake him up around now" He let out a small laugh
