Marowak took Buizel into the dojo and put a set of weighted bands on his wrists, ankles, and tails. They were rather heavy and made it harder to move. "These are training weights, it's hard to move right now, I know, but that's the secret," he said. "Once you are able to move at normal speed and strength with these on you, it means without them, you'll be much stronger and faster than ever," he explained. "Cubone, care to show him?"
Cubone had been wearing simular weights. She hit a punching bag several times with her bone club at regular speed. She got a nod from her father and took off her weights, hitting the bag much faster and harder than before.
"Being a Buizel, your speed will likely skyrocket," said Marowak.

Buizel balled his hands and said "That sounds awesome. Super speed. Will I be able to zoom all over the place, be able to see attacks as if they were in slow motion compared to my speed? That would be awesome." He took a long breath to calm down and asked "How do I train? Do I do what she did or do I train with you physically? That's what I would like to do. I think fighting someone during my training would help me a lot more than a dummy but you are the master and I'll do what you think would be the quickest way to train."

"Simple, keep wearing them constantly," said Marowak. "You see, people that use this stuff wear it all day long, you can take them off at night, but put them on in the morning," he explained. "I don't wear them around the dojo much, when I want to train I do though," he continued. "Just wear them until it gets too easy, then I'll add more weight," he stated. "Then if you need it, remove them and move unrestrained, it works much better that way. Consider removing them a secret weapon."

Buizel looked at the waits that were on him and asked "How much weight are on them by the way?" He started walking around slowly but quickly picked up speed.

Buizel nodded his head and asked "I'm used to training with 50 pounds before I came here so could I put on 50 pounds on each wrist, ankle, and tail?"

Buizel shook his head and said while moving around slowly "They're good. When can we put more weights on? I would like to have more on but right now I think it's good. Could you fit my clones up too? I want to see if I can learn from them as well." He used Double Team to create three clones of himself.
