Katie blinked, turning at the accent and gasping. She grinned in disbelief. "Kira?!" she asked, walking forward. She looked down at the cubs. "Aww! What cute kittens." she smirked. "You always had a kind heart. You used to play with me when I was little."

Kira nodded. "Orphans, they are not being mine." she said in her Russian accent. "They are being my children now that, that is what is mattering."
OOC: I couldn't remember if I gave her a Russian accent originally, but I thought it makes sense considering Siberia is in Russia.
"Papa, why does Auntie Kira talk like Uncle Boris?" asked Lena, curious.

Kira nodded. "I am being lucky." she said. "It is not being easy for a Tiga to survive here." she said, showing her shotgun scar. The little cubs crawled over and started looking at Katie with big curious eyes and meowing.
Lena blinked. "Where's Russia?"

Katie laid down slowly, looking at the scar sadly. "I remember..." she closed her eyes softly, looking sad for her friend. She looked at the kittens, smiling wide. "Hello, little ones..." she said softly, leaning down and sniffing each of them carefully.
"Not too far...or very far, depending on where you are. Actually, Russia really isn't far form here." Kodi said, thinking about what Boris had told him when he was a pup. "Russia is huge anyway."

Katie giggled, nuzzling her nose into a little kitten's belly. "And now I have four of my own." she smiled up at her friend fondly.
"Not much colder than here, I bet." Kodi said, now tihnking about it himself. He smiled at Katie however, loving to see her happy.

Goldie stepped a bit closer. Smiling fondly at the little kittens. "Who could blame your Mother?' she looked back at Lena, giggling. "They're adorable!"

Goldie crept closer to the kittens. She glanced up at Kira, ears pinned back. Her body showed she meant no harm to the babies.
Kai smiled. He nudged Cachen. "I'm thinking your girlfriend likes babies."

Kai chuckled, not being able to see his baby brother as a Father.
Meike smiled, dropping gently beside Steele. "She's very good with little ones, that girl of yours." she said with a light chuckle. "Miss her enough to talk to her yet?" she asked, knowing how hard it was for Goldie and Steele.
