"Thanks." Ashley replied and then she hung up. She walked upstairs and searched for the room that Lance was in. There were a lot of rooms. She saw one door open and knocked.

Ashley walked into the room and over to Lance. She took out the syringe and looked down at Lance. "This might hurt a little. But before I stab you with this needle I need to know if you've been experiencing dizziness, burning throat, or sleepiness." Ashley said to him.

"OK, then this will hopefully cure you." Ashley replied. She stuck the needle into Lance and watched as the blue liquid went into Lance's bloodstream. "I talked to Skeet earlier and he said that this was the cure. I forgot that we had gotten it back from David after I switched the spell with him." Ashley explained. "Sorry we didn't tell you about this before Dean, but we didn't want to worry you." She added, taking out the needle as all the liquid left the syringe.

"Don't ever think that I'm going to worry, I care for my brother, I need to know those things. Our father died of the same disease," Dean said with tears coming out of his eyes. "If I had lost Lance to this, I don't know what I would do," Dean added. Lance said nothing.

Lance nodded a little, "Yeah," Lance said to Ashley. Dean looked at Lance and then to ashley, "Well, could have told me anyway," Dean replied to Ashley. Lance looked at Dean and Ashley, "Dean, don't blame Ashley," Lance said to Dean. He then coughed a little.

Dean sat down beside Lance. He then looked at Lance, "You know the fire," Dean said to Lance, "Well, you didn't cause it. I did. Dad told me about him when he was about your age that he had a burning throat and he fell asleep. He didn't wake up until two days. He then got married to mom, same thing happened again, fortunately she saved him from going to sleep. But the night of the party, when the fire happened, I hated to see dad suffer, and I also wanted to protect us from the disease, which now I know its a stupid thing. But, the house was burnt to flames and is no longer there. Your friends never deserved this, nor you. So that is why I left that night, and became a Mayor to kill people with powers, because then I hated that I had powers. So Lance, the fire was never your fault," Dean said to Lance. Lance's eyes filed up with tears. Sara stood up from the cell wall and tried to use her power, but Kelly was right her powers were gone. She then sighed, "There has to be a way out," Sara whispered to Kelly.
