Tell me, why is it that parents go out of their way to make kids burp when they're babies, then tell them not to do it after they've trained them to do it every time they drink?

I don't memorize just lines, I memorize comics. You ever read that poem "A Nauseous Nocturne" at the start of one of the books? I memorized that one almost without trying. Same for the Sunday comic poem about being snared by a UFO and having the math pumped out of his brain.
