It was a snowy late winter day on the meadow. The new spring grass has finally appeared. A brown mother doe and her fawn, Bambi were eating it all up. Suddenly Bambi's mother, Fawn heard a noise.

 “Bambi, in the thicket!" "Now!" Fawn bleated

Bambi and his mother ran towards home but just kept on hearing gun shots. Then a big deer came out and blocked Fawn from getting hit. Instead he got hit. Blood was dropping everywhere, from his head to his hoof.Bambi's mother began to cry. The dead buck had 5 points on each side and was huge. Bambi then had a flashback.

“That buck is the Great Prince of the Forest and your father." said Bambi's mother in the flashback

It was true. The buck was none other than The Great Prince of the forest. The 10 point stag risked his life to save his doe's.

“Father is dead." said Bambi as he started crying

The two white tailed deer started walking home.

Bambi, Ronno, Faline, and Fawna

Bambi woke up the next evening to sneak and try to impress the beautiful doe fawn, Faline. It only took a few minutes to get where Faline was. This time Faline was with the bully buck fawn, Ronno. Faline's sister, Fawna was watching them with her friends, Foxy, Whisper, and Nutmeg. Bambi was spreading the news of the Great Prince's death. Thumper and Flower where shocked.

“How did he die?" questioned Thumper

“Time to go see the groundhog." said his sisters

“I will tell you at the hole." bleated Bambi

Bambi went to the hole but saw no animals there. Later, the animals came but friend owl was no there. Thumper's cousin, Whisper thought of an idea.

“Let’s take a vote for who will be the announcer." Will it be Bambi, Faline, Ronno, or Fawna." announced Whisper

Bambi got four votes. Faline got two votes, Fawna got 0 votes, and Ronno got seven votes. Ronno was the announcer. Bambi was crying. Bambi could hear the groundhog coming up.

“Oh, looks like Mr. Groundhog is up." said Ronno as he stepped down from the stump

" Please no shadow."" Please no shadow" The groundhog scarily said

It was sunny so it was probably going to be a shadow.

“More winter." said Fawna

“More hibernating." said Nutmeg

The results were in.

“Aww." said all of the animals

Everyone said that but Nutmeg and Flower. They had smiles on their faces. The animals gave them dirty looks.

"Ah!" the groundhog screamed

“Ow."said Ronno and Faline

Bambi and Fawna

Did you know what happened soon after that? The two kissed. It was a perfect kiss on the lips. Bambi liked Faline and that made him feel so heartbroken. Fawna liked Ronno and it made her feel heartbroken. That night, Bambi and Fawna made a run away. Thumper, Flower, Whisper, Foxy, and Nutmeg did too .The spotted fawn and the non-spotted fawn ran to this outlander like herd. All of the deer looked ill and pale, there was basically no food, and basically no water.Bambi wondered if there was going to be any fawns there. Thumper walked ahead and saw four weak fawns. One was a pale tan male with little antler buttons. The next one was a skimpy grey doe with a scar on her ear. She was also losing her spots. The third was dirt colored fawn. He seemed to blend in with moss. The final one seemed to catch Bambi's eye. She looked very much like Bambi but with darker fur.

After a while, Ronno and Faline got taken home. Faline was still dreaming about Ronno and same with him dreaming about Faline.

“Hello, my name is Bambi and this is Fawna." introduced Bambi

“I am Moss and these are Athena, Pine, and Sara." Moss bleated gladly

“Are you the son of Prince Bark?" asked Sara to Bambi

“Are you the granddaughter of Matriarch Fiona?" asked Pine to Fawna

“Yes we are." said the two

“That is bad." said Athena

“We’ll let us tell you a story about this herd." bleated the four fawns

Story about the herd war

“It was a long time ago when we just began to talk. At that time we were either from the prince herd or the matriarch herd. All of us were happy and clean and not grotesque looking or sad. Everyone was in peace and harmony until a buck called scratch. He killed the Great Prince's brother in law and I do not think it was man who killed the great Prince. It was him. The Grand Matriarch, Fiona did not like scratch because he killed her mate. It has also been said that the one who kills the great Prince, his mate would have to be his queen." said the four deer

“That means Scratch will be convinced to mate with mother?" questioned bambi

“Let me continue on with the story." interrupted Pine

“Scratch has exiled all deer with silver marks on their noses like us without permission by the Great Prince.” Bleated Sara

“You are the prince’s son in fact. So when you are more bulky and have larger antlers, you can let us back in the herd.” Said Pine

“Wait! “Unless Fawn and Scratch have a son.” Bleated Athena

A rabbit was running towards the group of fawns. She had a yellow pelt that shimmered in the sunset. Her eyes were so blue that they looked like the sky. She also had rosy red cheeks. Thumper had hearts in his eyes and ran up to greet her.The rabbit just walked away.

“Um Scratch has mated with the Great Princess, Fawn who is expecting a fawn. “said the yellow rabbit, Bixby

“What gender?” questioned Bambi curiously?

“Young Prince Bambi, be prepared to know the answer.” “The fawn will be a boy.” Cried Bixby

“Oh no!” bleated the young Prince

Bambi was shocked! He would have a half-brother who would overpower him. His mother would permit him be the prince even though he is younger. His mother would forget all about bambi and focus only on him! Bambi would rather have a half-sister. All of his dreams of being prince were over.

“Something is wrong with Bambi.” Cried Sara

Bambi was wobbling around very dizzily. Was he unconscious?  Soon after all of that, Bambi collapsed.

                                                  Faline

            Ronno and Faline was a couple after the kiss during the ceremony of the groundhog. Faline was lapping up the water in the river. She seemed to be very thirsty. Then Faline nibbled up some grass nearby. Faline was in a peaceful mood today. Suddenly she heard a noise from the bushes. She was no deer for sure. It was unknown what it was.

“Hello.” Said the stranger
