I'm glad you enjoyed this chapter. Yeah, Vervain's pretty stupid, and
that's why you can honestly say, "Nice job, Vervain. You're DEAD now."
I think I subconciously purposefully averted one of the laws of the
Evil Overlord List(Which states a list of ways for you to be an evil
overlord while also keeping away from things that ALWAYS lead to your
demise): the particular commandment? NEVER gloat over your victory
until you've actually killed the hero. I'd like to say more, but...
well, I can't give to much away. There's a REASON I only delve so far
into character thoughts sometimes (;
Anyway, thanks for telling me that last fragment's there! It's not
supposed to be, and honestly, I have NO CLUE how it got there.
Just one more thing: THANK YOU FOR LISTENING TO THE TRACKS. xD I LOVE
HTTYD, and frankly, if one person can ever outdo Zimmer, it's Powell.
Who works with Zimmer. Who would imagine a thing like that?
Ohhh, did you get the part with Braila and Campion timed right?

First off all: you have NO IDEA how violently my heart was pounding
throughout this entire chapter. It was partly because of the chapter,
and partly because of the music. (Excellent choice, by the way.)
Secondly: this chapter was simply breathtakin. What happened was
horrible, but it was written SO well! Stunning work!
Maple was either foolish or brave. Or, to put it in Broms words: to
one part brave, to three parts a fool. Yep, that sums it up. (SPOILERS
AHEAD). But it led to Trars defeat, so I'm happy with it.
Oh, and speaking of fools: Vervain is one. Anyone knows that you can't
speak about taking your enemies loved one away without getting
punished for it. Fool. -.-
Oh, and what exactly was the last sentence? I don't know if it's
completely shown, and I naturally would need to know it for the
translation.
Oh, and about Skander: I really hope that boy has a good plan. I have
my doubts that he is betraying his herd (if he does, I offically hate
him now...I can deal with psychotic murderers like Nacht, but I
despise filthy traitors...except Herla, he had a good reason), but if
he does what I think he does, then he is getting himself in great
danger.
Oh yeah: For best effect, you HAVE to have "Battling the Green Death"
or "Counter Attack" from the HtTYD soundtrack playing. With the low
violin part on when Braila's looming over his prey.
*Stands majestically as a silhouette on a boulder with the sun behind
me and "Test Drive" from the How to Train Your Dragon soundtrack
playing triumphantly* I give you... THE GREAT BATTLE!
