CHAPTER 1: The gun

Once upon a time, deep in a wood, there lived a dreadful place. It was so dreadful that only the cast out deer's dared live there. One of these Deer was a Fawn named Humphrey. He and his girls friend Duchess would go round all the time. But Duchess's father Maurice was not pleased. One night Humphrey and Duchess ran away together. When Maurice woke up, and saw that his daughter was gone he began to search. He looked and looked,  Alas, he could not find her. He lifted his head up. Suddenly without any warning his antlers got caught in some branches. He cried for help. These where carried over to Duchess and Humphrey.

"Hey um Humphrey? Maby we should turn around go back?"

"It's probably a trap, he calls so we go to his side then he catches us!"

"Hum, ok"

And with that they ran on then they stopped. It was a hunter! He shot at some birds. Humphrey knew that Maurice would have heard that, however he carried on yelling. Humphrey knew it was no trap. He and Duchess ran back to where Maurice was ... a second early. As the earsplitting BANG echoed through the night air. Duchess ran to her father's side. Humphrey tried to pull her back but he failed. He watched in horror as Duchess fell head over heal's beside her father and lay, never moving once. Humphrey shed a tear , in the cold snowy night air.

CHAPTER 2: Kate

At that point, Kate came through the tree's. She saw her father and her sister lying on the ground at looked at Humphrey who was still crying. She agreed to run away with Humphrey. So as they came to a small grassy meadow, Kate and Humphrey ate to their hearts content then ran back to get the other deer. The deer's where delighted and all ate as much as they could. At that point, a red maned deer named Gobo came through the crowd. He named himself Prince and as he was Humphreys' god father that Humphrey was next prince,

" Which would make you miss..."

"Princess, that would make her princess" His eye's glittering. Kate gasped, so Humphrey did like her!

"That would make her princess" finished Gobo a warning in his tone.

Humphrey was happy with his work. He like to call that a day. As the years passed, Humphrey grew into a calm teenager who needed no help.

Then, one day, as Gobo came down the hill he said to Humphrey. ;

"  I know you are next prince, but if you die then I am still prince"

Humphrey was confused.

"So die!"

And with that, Gobo chased Humphrey to a cliff. Luckily for Humphrey, he managed to haul Gobo off, Humphrey was Victorious!

CHAPTER 3: Thomas

After that, Kate and Humphrey soon became mates. They had a son called Thomas. Detail Kate after that, they had a daughter called Lilly. Thomas was an albino but he did not like to admit it. In the mean time, two fawns named Oliver and Poppy were grazing with their mother. As time went by, Thomas soon became a healthy fawn with two bone- white antlers. He loved to play with Poppy and Lilly, but he REALLY hated Oliver. He and Lilly would play all the time. Then one day, as Thomas was playing with his father a terrible thing happened.

CHAPTER 4: Prince Thomas

He and his father where playing near a cliff when Humphrey slipped! Thomas made a grab at his father's neck and tried to haul him up, but he was not strong enough. He and Humphrey both screamed as they fell down, down down. Somehow, Thomas survived that drop but his fateful father did not. Thomas ran back to his home and told Kate all about this. Kate cried all night long, so did many of the other deers, but no-one cried more than Thomas. he felt it was all his fault, and he wasn't strong enough. Thomas grew up into a healthy teenager. One day as Prince Thomas was making his way through the  snowy land, he saw a beautiful sight. It was Lilly and Poppy grazing together on top of a hill. Thomas was so exited, but just as he reached the top, Oliver jumped out infrount!

"Oliver!" Poppy gasped.

"You leave her alone, unless I am aloud near Lilly!" Oliver snarled.

Thomas knew Lilly really did like Oliver and wanted to make her happy.

"You have my word" Thomas said calmly.

"Good" And with that, Oliver returned to Lilly and Thomas was let near Poppy. As the years passed, Poppy gave birth to a healthy male fawn called Matfuso. Oliver was jealous of Matfuso so that night, when Thomas and Poppy where asleep, he made for Matfuso. He tried to kill him but he got scarred during this. In the morning, he went to speak in his defense at the feet of Prince Thomas, But Thomas turned him away giving him exile!

"What, but, Lilly! Please!" But no matter how much he pleaded Lilly always stood up for her nephew. She sent her fawn Koko to go and play with Matfuso and Leon two other fawn's in the heard. Then she called for Oliver's exile. Poor Oliver! As the other deer's chased him away, they began to sing a song.

CHAPTER 5: Gone!

Lilly never saw Oliver again after that. In the meantime, Koko and Leon where playing hide and seek with Matfuso.  But when Matfuso looked for them, he could not find them!

"Koko, Leon, very funny you can come out now!" Still no answer. Matfuso ran to tell Lilly about this. Again they searched but no Koko or Leon could be found.Matfuso was deeply depressed. He went to see Fawn his love, but when he got there, he found she was hanging out with her friend Roscoe. Matfuso gathered up the courage to go and see her. She looked round saw the young prince scoffed and continued her grazing. Matfuso was hurt. He knew Fawn didn't really Like him, but he still liked her. As time rolled one, Matfuso forgot about Koko and Leon as he became a teenager who was strong! One day, as he was grazing, he found a cave, he walked inside. When he came out, he was on a hill! But there where no meadow's, no deer's and no Thomas. He looked around. He saw some ferns so he continued to graze on these. A human saw and called the RSPCA.

"Yes a deer"

"A deer? But there are no deers around here!"

"There's a cave at the back of my house, he might have come through that"

"Ok, well be there" and they where.

CHAPTER 6: Hello Koko

As Matfuso was grazing he felt a sharp pang in his left leg. "Ow!" He complained. He suddenly felt very sleepy and fell over. When he awoke, he was in a meadow. He ran but his path was blocked by another deer, just like him. Matfuso ran back, and hid. When he came out, the stag had gone. He went further into the wood. Not to soon, he came across a clearing where a Chocolate brown Doe with flashing Emerald eye's was eating with the deer that had chased Matfuso.

"Hello?" Matfuso called out to the Stag and Doe, who looked around for the noise.

"Hi! You must be a newcomer" Laughed the Doe. Matfuso felt warm for some reason.

" I chased him outer here a few minutes ago!" Roared the stag slumping down on the ground. The Doe looked surprised.

"Why, no we will come to that later, My names Koko ..."

"... and I'm Leon" Finished the stag standing up.

"Ok, we will do it"

"Yes!" Matfuso roared, "Time to get this show on the road!"

And so they set off. It took them many day's to reach Matfuso's meadow, but they made it. When they got there Matfuso turned around.

"Koko, Leon you have been so cool you guy's" Then it struck him. "We have been friends before right?"

Koko and Leon where extremely confused. Then they realized what he meant.  They all hugged and then parted there ways.

CHAPTER 8: What happened to Leon

Nice :)
Is it okay if I give a little constructive criticism? The plural of "deer" is still "deer"- I saw "deer's" and "deere" a couple of times. Hope I don't sound rude!
