Big, Bad, and Ugly

a little bit of concept art for a Big Bad-villain in this story I'm working on. Alternate-reality type of thing, really, since I wondered how things might go if Bambi HAD gone with Mina and became Prince of THAT area instead of his home forest.
The story started getting big, bad and ugly.
Anyway, noooo comment on the antlers. They should look horribly malformed, I'm thinkin' I might try a few different things with 'em since and since there's NO way I could possibly describe them with words, I'll have to give him a character page or some more pictures.

Ohhh sorry, I thought it was bambi xD but indeed, a twisted Bambi would be veeery interesting!

Oohhhh no he isn't Bambi, though that too would be INCREDIBLY interesting... This guy's gonna take over after Bambi leaves. I may or may not add a BIGGER bad, who kills him, takes his place and makes things get much, much worse. But I think I'll do a twisted Bambi too!
