History
The Young fawn raced wildly through the Trees, The dogs right on his heels. Next to him, A dog leapt, taking hold of Cricket, And pulling him to the ground. He fought to get up, And one of the dogs yelped as he struck it with his hind legs. But they were to strong. Then came the cry from his father, "Cricket!" It was full of fear, And cricket knew he had to answer. But when he opened his mouth, his own blood choked him. Darkness took over, & he saw nothing more.
"Cricket, Wake up. " A voice called to him. "Cricket, You must get up!" The voice became more persistant. "Wake Up!" Groaning, The fawn opened his eyes. He did not feel any pain here, yet, he knew that the dogs were real. Another fawn stood in a field in front of him. A faint glow surrounded her, and there was something about her that made her unreal. THe startled Cricket jumped to his hooves. "Who are you?" He whispered.
She said nothing.
"Am I...Dead!?" He Asked, With a tremor in his voice.
"No, But you were close to it. Fortunatly, your father was there to chase the dogs away." Her voice was soft.
"Where am I?" He asked, still nervous.
"Your asleep, now. But you need to wake up. I sence that your parents are very worried about you. We will meet again, In the future."
"But wait, I still don't know what's going on-" He yelled, just before a the fawn dissapered.
