Been awhile, so here you go:
1.) The gender must be kept the way it is
2.) You must create a Bio (No render or image needed, more optional)
3.) Must be USED. Don't leave it sitting there in the character section and only used once. I have seen this abused many times and many people got their adoptable taken away as well.
4.) I will not allow you to have it if i see that you are a sloppy careless artist that only uses it with linearts. I stricly perfer them to be handled by someone loyal and trustworthy and can use them in their own creations rather than someone else.
5.) There will be NO fighting, arguing.
6.) This is not first come first serve but who ever i choose to take them.
7.) You can only try out for one.
8.) No realtion to any sprakledogs or even mates. But can have any part in my wolves or creations. But please ask (ex: Alopecoides, Russian, etc.)
9.) You may PM me the biography, or list it here in the comments. Please give me time to look through everyone.
10.) Designs don't have to be right on or exact, just decent enough. Sloppy coloration will be reported. (Nor do they have to have bangs as shown)
11.) Credit me for the design.
12.) Good luck.

Personality: As a slender and Tall wolf Riley is actually pretty shy for his nature. Once he does get to know you though he is a friendly, young and talented wolfdog. no stealing no bad/breaking rule moves. Though technically there are no 'rules' for him to break. If he was in a pack.
History:
(This is just a short example, I extend the history of the wolf if i get him it's a brief example of his current age. 8 Months)
Young and Talented as his personality says Riley always had a great, happy life with his mother and father. Though he was the only one in his family.. lone pup. He still had a great time with his family that was always there for him. Even if he had to be on his own, they would always be there. His parents taught him to hunt early on at 7 months, so he is now learning basics, 'how to kill prey easily by the life supporting artery in the neck.' his mother told him to latch on to the neck and just yank hard. He tried with a rabbit that his father had already killed but wanted for practice and he just tore out the skin. His teeth aren't that sharp as his normal adult teeth where coming in. He didn't care. He at least felt successful tearing the skin off the neck it's self.
(I do really hope I get him Nikkia, I love your designs and your style. That's why I implemented both your style and your design in. it is YOUR DESIGN, so i wanted to add a style that was familiar to it. Witch was your style, (A little bit. more like the name) but I hope you liked it and I'll enjoy him to the last minute if i win him.)

Personality: She is happy, determined and when something is proposed until achieve never give up, gets along very well with her siblings, she likes to howl at the moon and walk through the forest, not like to fight neither people.
Background: This is the second of four puppies since little always liked playing with her brothers and being very active, got along very well with his brothers and especially with another wolf of her age was the only one that follow to step to her and they were very good friends, when they were teenagers she was deeply in love with him and corresponded but one day they were walking along of a big river then she slipped and was carrying the the stream, quickly he jump into the river and how he could the led her to the shore but not get hold, and the stream dragged him and slammed against some rocks but luckily achievement subject of a branch and came out but was across the river and there was no way to cross, she was devastated, just looked terrified could not do anything to help when she saw him on the other side it was getting dark and he said she had to leave, that there was nothing they could do and he never forget her... with tears in her eyes she promised that would find the way across and she dont forget him and one day be together again. She has not given up though already spent several years she had not lost hope to finding it again.
