If I made the trio from Balto 1...

If I made the trio from Balto 1...

Kaltag: I made him look more like what I think his breed is: the chinook.
Nikki: I made him look more like what I think his breed is; the chow chow.
Star: I made him look more like what I think his breed is, the malamute.
I know they are not sparkles!

Honestly... You made Nikki look more like a sparkledog. His dark fur was just fine.

Star is nothing like a malamute. I'd say he looks more like an Alaskan Husky, which as sled dogs are mixed with a lot of other breeds, but are still called Alaskan huskies. Here are a few:

They're a lot thinner than original huskies, and look more like crossbreeds, more like Star.

So you use Pixlr.com? Aleu15 renders using this (I think). Try actually rendering OVER the image so it looks different. You can't see much that's been done over this.

Chows don't have one specific color, Charlotte. They can be black, dark brown, and other natural dog colors. They don't just have to be just peach^^

Who knocks at the garden gate?
So you're saying you use the Paint program? You know, there's a tutorial on here that might help you out so you don't have to color the whole thing with the paintbrush. It's only for people who use Paint. :)

Or do you use GIMP? I'm sure there's a tutorial for that, too.

I took a tiny little paint brush and colored the whole thing because the paint bucket tool would not work. Then I added curves, brightness, and contrast and all that other stuff.

Then what steps did you take?

I don't use photoshop, so you should not be acting like you know what I do and how I do it!

All you did was use the paint bucket tool, no hard work put into that at all.

But I worked hard, so you should be nice.

I don't need a screenshot, considering I'm the one who took it, so there is 0 need for that.

I'll post the screenshot. I can't right now, I'm using my iPad.

O' Cap'n My Cap'n!
WHAT are you doing? :icon297:

Beyond all the other things, Star is definitely not an Alaskan Malamute. Not only does his size prove that (Malamutes have always been large dogs), but the IMDB page for the move states that he is an Alaskan Klee Kai. A SMALL breed of dog (which, while it didn't actually exist in the 1920s, does not mean that it cannot in a fictional cartoon).
