Completely unaware of the approaching threat, Eva, who hadn't had a proper meal for several days was anxiously looking for some food, when she suddenly caught sight of a small mouse grooming itsself on the snow. She smiled, and licked her lips, and slowly started approaching the mouse, but unfortunately stepped on a branch, making it notice her and run away. Eva chased after it, but it was sadly faster than her and quickly disappeared into the snow.
- Oh, shoot. Looks like its roots for dinner, again, Eva mumbled to herself, and sighed, sitting down.
- Wonder what else could go wrong today, she thought to herself with a raised eyebrow.
- Good evening, a strange, dark voice then called, she startled and gasped quietly, standing up and as she turned around, two large, dark wolves were standing in front of her, grinning ominously.
- Who are you? What do you want? Eva asked with raised eyebrows, and she could see right away that they had sinister intensions.
- We've been looking for you, daughter of Nava, Ragnar said with a smile and a raised eyebrow.
- How.. how do you know my father? And what do you want with me? Eva asked, getting rather nervous.
- We know all about you and your old man, sweetheart, Sven grinned, licking his lips and flicking the tip of his tail, and Eva looked at him.
- But that's not important right now. You're going to come with us, Ragnar said, as they stepped closer, and Eva let out an annoyed scoff.
- I don't think so, she responded with an annoyed tune and a raised eyebrow, and Ragnar growled lowly.
- I wasn't asking. Sven, grab her, he ordered his comrade, who growled angrily and lunged towards Eva. She raised her eyebrows, but managed to dodge Sven's attack by lowering herself to the ground, making him land straight to his nose in the snow.
- Why, you sneaky little... Sven grunted, lifting his head spitting snow, and Eva laughed.
- Better luck next time, "sweetheart", she chuckled - but alas, she celebrated too soon: she hadn't noticed Ragnar who had sneaked up behind her, and who now grabbed one of her back legs, and sent her flying in the air. Eva was smashed against a tree with a fast speed, so hard that the hit paralyzed her, and she fell to the ground. A severe and throbbing pain waved through her entire body, she couldn't get up and her vision began to get blurry. Eva tried to lift her head, but it dropped back down, as Ragnar and Sven approached her, smiling and laughing.
- Nighty night, Sven chuckled mockingly, and that was the last thing Eva heard, before everything went black...
