The Greatest Actor in Nome?
- 'Heya, Chess!' the shorter dog scampered up to his sled-dog friend. Chester grinned and rolled his eyes, going along with him. /This oughta be good/, he thought.
'What's that?' he played along, perking his ears up in animated, pretend interest.
'I'm gonna be an actor!' Pipped Zeus, puffing his chest out. 'One day I might even star in a movie-- what if I got lead role?'
It took everything Chester had not to burst out into laughter.
'Of course, bud', he replied, patting his back with a paw.
It wasn't that he didn't like Zeus; he was used to him and enjoyed his bursts. He was a little boring and flat, anyways, and he turned his world upside-down.

Star IS a Klee Kai. That much is confirmed on the Balto page on IMDB,
even if the breed didn't really exist in the 1920s (it came into
existence in the 1970s). And it is very likely that Dixie was, as
Spirit said, a Pomeranian. Especially in as much as real Pomeranians
were larger in the early to mid 20th century than they are today. And fix your bad spelling and grammar, Steele2.  And Spirit - nice job on this! |

No, Star is a Klee Kai. Not every breed of dog in the movie was meant
to be a husky. Then again, who really knows? I'm pretty sure Dixie was
a Pomeranian or some sort of dog like that. But anyways, can you please keep your comment related to the image? I put in a lot of hard work for this and really, would rather not prefer trivial little comments like that... |
