I agree. It WOULD look better like the way you purposed, with the details. :3 But what I meant in my first comment was that its nice & interesting to see others ways of rendering, & this was quite nice. But I agree it would look nicer with details, & it SORT OF looks sloppy but not really. But this is just my opinion.

You may, but not everyone does. It looks a little sloppy with the colors blurred outside the lines to me, and that would be the biggest thing that irks me.

I think you're on the right track, but instead of blurring out her markings maybe you should show more detail in them? Just a suggestion ;3

I saw how does a real arctic wolf looks like and I tried to make a reproduction but the tail, the ears and the eyes aren't belong to the real one

She's beautiful! :D Although, your previous formats of her weren't really that unrealistic at all! But still she is beautiful, & it is your choice.
