The two canines darted into a small cave, carved into the side of a cliff. The sound of angry, fearsome howls called up behind them. Once silence fell the young female wolf spoke.
'Why did you do that?! How could you?!' she snarled to the beat up, tan, mutt.
'What?!' the male asked, looking back at her.
'Fight them! Protect me! How could you?! They hurt you!' she snapped, tears rimming her eyes.
'Oh..Heh, a few knicks and scratches-' he was interrupted as he laid down, wincing a bit.
'-A few?!'
He sighed: 'Aww shucks- I'm real sorry, Nikki.. I wasn't thinking-'
'-You never think...' Nikki muttered, laying down a few feet from him. 'I should've known you where a problem, when you and your friends came onto our territory.'
'You know the boys 'n me didn't mean any harm...'
'Why do you talk like that? Slow, drawn out... you have an English accent... but you can barely hear it through that southern draw?'
'I guess I've been away from home so long, my travels have took me so many places, I reckon they've rubbed off on me.' a smirk came to his face and he moved closer to her, cocking an eyebrow despite blood that ran down his cheek.
Nikki's teary light brown eyes met his of green, which glowed in the dark of the cave. She quickly looked away from him: 'Everyone was right... you are a mongrel...' she said, trying not to smirk.
'I guess so.' he yawned.
'But... who knew someone like me could ever fall in love with a mongrel..' she murrmured softly.
'Hmm? What'cha say Nikki?'
'Goodnight, Solo.' Nikki quickly responded, blushing some, at how close he had come to hearing her: despite tears still lingering in her eyes.
Solo gave a big yawn 'G'night, Nikki..'

I blame Pandora Internet Radio XD So, yeah, I'm too easily infuenced by music... this has no real story (therefore the reason I made up a quick lil' snip-it story) I was just listening to song lyrics XD But hey, If I ever get the motivation to write a fanfic or make an RP who kows XS this will definatly have to be a scene, cause I'm super proud of this render. Hope you like it Nikki :)

You're very welcome Nikki, and the diolauge was off for both
characters  (Solo sounded more "southern" than intended, and Nikki
was a little over concerned) haha! It was late at night when I typed
it all out x3 and I'm quiet flattered that you want to use it as a
screensaver. I'll have more of the pair in the future, they where very
fun to render. (And next time I'll have some good diolauge XD) I'm
very glad you like it  |

Oh my goodness. 0.0 This is just lovely, beautiful and very well presented. I love the diolauge you have written, very clear and vivid, although Nikki seems like brat. xD But all in all this is so wonderful, and the render is really touching. Thank you so much Solo, i honestly love this, and have used it as my laptop screensaver if that is alright with you. I am sorry about my earlier concern, but once more....this is astounding. |
