Derpy Aleu (Lazy animation)

In came across this by accident and thought it was funny, so I made this. There are so many animation mistakes!

Actually, rather than lazy animation i think its a part where her head moves and her eyes just sort of, stay there....more like old animation. yes it is a real clip from the movie i came across on disneyscreencaps. good source for images to render. and no, i am aware balto is not a disney movie. i just thought of how hilarious her face plus all the others espressions.

Is this a real part of the movie? Is Aleu's eyes really like that at one part in the movie? Or is it a comedy picture you made?
