DT - I am CPR-certified, though my certification ends next year. Not sure whether or not I plan to renew it. But it is important, I'd agree. As the son of a now-retired registered ER nurse, I'm quite familiar with the risks of aspiration and the body's general responses (as well as the life-saving techniques necessary). And I think you're right about how important it is for people to consider pursuing CPR certification.

But yes, back to the picture. The background is pretty nice, and well-detailed, and the characters' expressions and body poses are pretty cool.

JC --> As a former lifeguard, I've kind of equated one with the other, since the body's natural reaction upon resuming breathing is to expel liquid in the lungs. However, I did neglect to mention the "rescue position" for ensuring better drainage and easier breathing (with a handy bonus of giving the spine a modicum of stability). Thanks for bringing that up.

We're kind of off-topic at this point, but I'll just finish the deviation by saying that anyone who doesn't know about CPR and the rescue position should make it a point to learn. You never know when someone's life might depend on you.

I'm thinking along the lines of DT...and not only as long as somebody knows CPR, but also how to reverse the tragedy of aspiration of water into the lungs. Sounds like a dangerous and foolish game, IMHO.

I was expecting something along the lines of a "tickling is cheating" rule, but I have to admit the water thing is a clever touch - as long as everyone knows CPR.

I'm not trying to cause a problem here, but I don't think the credit should be given to Disney Screencaps. The images you rendered over are from Balto II (correct?), which was produced by Universal Studios. You can mention they came from Disney Screencaps if you want, but they shouldn't be given the credit since they don't own the rights of the film.

In one version you can fill your mouth with water and try not to spit or swallow while getting other people to laugh and hack up (or down) their water while their mouths are full of water. The last person with water in their mouth wins.

Forgive my ignorance, but I've never heard of the laughing game. I'm guessing that it amounts to whoever laughs first being the loser, but are there any other particulars to it?
