Pat found something trigger his mind, he had been sat beside Kiara near the Bachelor's cave, where Phillip was watching the stars. He could see things unfolding in front of him, he stood bolt upright and began to run.
Kiara was calling after him, but he didn't hear her. Everything had all been blocked out, and he was going into flashbacks from the day he was taken away.
Pat ran and ran, through the forests until he came to a valley, he was screaming 'Dad!', and then it appeared, an illusion of his father, Charlie, lying injured and exhausted after being shot. The flashbacks seemed real, they always seemed too real.
'I'm so sorry dad...'
Those were the only words he breathed.

Well, I've wanted to render Pat actually in one of his flashbacks for a while, so I decided to do one ;3
Here we have Pat remembering the scene when his father lay unconscious, and that image has stayed with him forever.
