Sure!
After you finish rendering your character, click the paint bucket and fill the background in the bright red color on the bottom (not recommended if you have a brighter red character. If you use it for that, fill the background in the bright blue color). Fill in all the dots on the background. Save it, then go to Pixlr.com.
Open your image.
Select the background with the wand tool.
Go to edit, click invert selection. Back to edit, then copy.
Go to file, then new image.
Select the two boxes on the bottom saying "Transparent" and "Create image from clipboard". Click OK.
If you see any more red dots, that means that your image still isn't fully transparent yet. Zoom in on the dots and go to edit, then cut to remove them.
Save the image in PNG for the best quality and transparency.

Next, beings AS is goofed up, you'll have to go to Ezimba.com. Click load image (uploading the one you made transparent), then convert to GIF. I'd say you could do this in paint, but it really screws up the quality, unfortunately and you'd lose your transparency. After it's converted to gif, carefully save your file. Then you should be ready to upload here. B)
