Wolf's Rain Balto

Wolf's Rain Balto

Oh yeah. This was a pain to vector. Took two days on and off.

Right now I'm not taking requests for vector renders. I have way too much going on right now.

I do it with the pen tool in Photoshop by hand. There is a filter called "Cutout" that has a really bad version of it.

How do you get Vector? Do you do it your self by hand, or is there a gradiant tool you can use?
