Shanti darted through the thick snow, heart pounding. Marcello rushed from behind her, fastly overcoming the pregnant female. Shanti knew his intentions, and had to protect the pups inside her. She kicked snow into the brown wolf's face, making him fall back in surprise. She saw her escape route, and darted between the trees. Marcello slid to a stop, not seeing where she went. He lifted his head.





"Escape is not a option Shanti!!!"
