DT, You just alter the opacity of the layers so it makes them see-through. I pasted different screenshots here and scaled them all to the same size, then with some of the layers I changed the opacity of the layer and it gives them the really nice collage-ish effect.

I've always wanted to know how that visual effect is done. Do you do it in transparent layers or something?
