"Listen..I don't think I'm ready..." I said.

"I understand.." Kodi said quietly. Dusty sighed.

"Ok, lets continue the game.." she said. I crawled backwards, into a corner and drifted asleep.

When I woke up it was quiet. I guess the party was over. I felt that someone was beside me.

"Kodi??"' I said nudging the figure next to me.

"Hmmm? Yea?" he said mummbling.

"I am sorry.." I said.

"Its ok.." he said happily.

We were tired. He led me to his home. And we settled in by a cozy fire and sleep. I guess it wasn't a bad Christmas after all.
