"Who are you?" Alue asked the stranger from inside.

"There is no need for you to know.." The wolf said cunningly. Alue knew he was alone. There was no pack to fight, and she wasn't going to give up this land. She had already gone through much peril in the time she had been here, and the future shone through this home of good times and hopefully, good leadership of the clan. She wasn't going to throw that away. Alue repeated her question.

"You really must know, huh?" The wolf snuffed, "I don't know why, how does this information concern you? Why do you even want to know..."

Alue continued to keep him talking, "I would like this land for my clan, we are new here and..."

"No!" He snarled, "There is no point in even talking with you.."

"Look!" Alue said, snarling a little herself, "I know you're alone and if you don't talk to me then we can settle this the hard way, by force!"

Alue wasn't sure if this wasn't the right way to go. She heard a russtle from inside, and paw steps edging nearer. She stood back a little. The shadow was coming closer to the entrance. Alue kept her ground and waited for the figure to appear. He wasn't alone...

Alue gasped and thought quick about what she should do..
