The pounding of my heart,

it's telling me something.

It's telling me that this journey of despair

Has come to an end.

The roaring in my ears,

it's telling me something.

It's telling me to slow down,

that my blood is running too fast.

But I can not slow down,

for my hope is jumping.

I will not slow down,

Not until my journey is complete.

I'll jump,

I'll howl,

I'll hear the barking in the distance.

I will listen to it,

And I will say...

"My journey of despair has come to an end."
