Heno,Uvi,and Fala placed Carona in the grave that they made.

Uvi covered her with dirt,holding back tears.

"I can't believe this happening." Fala said with her voice breaking. "Aken betrayed us and.......he killed Carona."

She tried to hold back,but it was so painful,she just couldn't.

Heno comforted her by rubbing her back with his paw.

Heno stared into the horizon. "Aken." He said in an angry voice. He jumped from the ledge and started running.

"Heno,where are you going?" Uvi shouted.

"I'm going after Aken!!" He shouted back in rage.

Uvi and Fala quickly ran after him,but the past missions Carona gave him increased his speed and not even they could catch up.

When they finally caught up with him,Fala said,"Heno,we know your upset,but getting revenge is not going to solve anything."

"I don't care! That devil wolf is going to pay!"

"But,Heno,he may have been away for A while,but he's still gotten stronger since we last saw him." Uvi said. "If you go after him,he could kill you as well."

"I don't care!" Heno repeated.

"But,Heno...." Fala said.

Heno skidded to A stop. "Look! I don't care what the risks are! I'm going to avenge Carona's death if it's the last thing I do!"

"Heno,your blinded by rage." Fala said. "Your not seeing the danger in this."

"How many times do I have to tell you?! I. DON't. CARE!"

Fala gasped. Heno had never yelled at her like that before.

Uvi sighed. "Heno....."

"Be quiet! I don't want to hear anymore!" He ran past them at high speed.

"Come on! We'd better follow him!" Uvi said. But Fala didn't move. "Fala,what's the matter?"

"I've never seen...........Heno this angry before........it...........just scared me."

"Don't worry. He'll be himself again once this passes."

"I hope your right." She said as they both chased after Heno.

About 8 minutes later, they had arrived at A dark mountain area with light fog.

"This is where Aken's been living all this time?" Uvi said as they stared.

"It's A little creepy." Fala added.

"Whatever the appearance,we're still going in." Heno said as he ran into the area.

"Wait,Heno!!" Uvi said as he and Fala ran after him.

The path was A little hard to see through,but that wasn't going to stop Heno. He relied on smell rather than sight. He knew Aken's scent,even if he was gone for 2 years.

He sniffed to the left and then to the right as he kept going. Uvi and Fala tried to catch up,but the fog prevented their seeing. They tried sniffing for Heno's scent and ran where the smell took them.

Heno was close. He picked up Aken's scent and followed his nose.Uvi and Fala were getting closer to Heno.

When Uvi and Fala caught up,they found Heno standing up against A rock wall with his head bent down.

They joined him and saw Aken at the top of A ledge with Lucan and Wergan cowering below.

"YOU IDIOTS! HOW COULD YOU LET THOSE WEAKLINGS WALK ALL OVER YOU LIKE THAT?!" Aken scolded.

"We.....we're sorry,boss." Lucan said in fear.

"Y......yeah. We tried our best." Wergan said,scared.

"Well,apparently,YOUR BEST WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!!" Lightning and thunder boomed as he shouted these words.

Lucan and Wergan held each other out of fear.

"Your incompetence will be excused this time,but you better not fail our next attempt!!"

Heno and the others looked at each other in surprise.

"Wha......what exactly is our next attempt?" Lucan asked,still scared.

Aken chuckled evilly. "We are going to kill all of the humans in Nome!!"

"Nome?" Heno whispered.

"I've heard about that place. It's famous for it's dog sled races." Fala said.

"Why would we kill all the humans?" Wergan asked.

An angry look came across Aken's face. "ARE YOU TWO REALLY THAT STUPID?!!!!!!" Lightning and thunder boomed again as he shouted this. "WE'RE GOING TO KILL THE HUMANS SO THAT WE CAN RULE NOME!!!"

Heno and the others gasped.

"These humans think they're high and mighty just because they're at the top of the food chain! It makes me sick! That's why we need to kill them!"

"Boss,i've heard that dogs live there too. What about them?" Wergan asked.

A dark gaze shunned upon them. "Them too." Aken replied in A low,dark,evil voice.

Heno and the others knelt behind the rock wall.

"This is horrible!" Fala whispered. "We have to do something!"

"Yeah,but what?" Uvi whispered.

Heno face expression turned angry. "What else?  We're going to stop them!"

"The ambush will commence tommorow morning," Aken continued. He leapt down from the ledge and pressed his face to Wergan and Lucan. "So you two better not screw this up!"

With that note,he walked past them to his den. Lucan and Wergan both gulped nervously.

"So what's the plan?" Uvi whispered to Heno.

"We increase our fighting abilities until the next day and then...............we strike."

"This could be dangerous,Heno." Fala said in worry.

"Dosen't matter.Those humans' lifes are in danger and we're the only ones who can stop it." Heno whispered. "So if we want to stop them,we need to get training."

Uvi and Fala were surprised at Heno's words. He was sounding he was the leader of the pack.

Afterwards,Heno,Uvi and Fala snuck out of the dark area and returned home for some serious training.
