Dream and Sleet

chapter 1: dream

"Which ones?" A male wolf asked his mate. "These two." The female said waving to the two pups with odd markings. The one black with a white stripe up his side and around his eye, Merlin. The other one was pitch black with a green, shimering line up his one side, his tail partly green, and a green ring around his one leg. His name was Dream. "These two, take them away. They're ugly, i want no ugly babies" She shoved them toward the male and he pick the two up. "Sorry little ones," He said carrying them out of the den. The mother curled around the others. The male placed the two male pups on a stump. He looked down at his sons. "My sons, i wish i could raise you so" He stroked their fur and sighed. He gave one last look at his sons and started walking towards the den again. The black and green pup yawned and the other rolled of the stump toward the town, known as Nome. The black and green pup shivered and he opened his eyes for the first time. Seeing he was alone. he whined and smelled around, he was hungry. He needed someone, anyone.

chapter 2: sleet

A small, white pup with black markings laid in bed of branches. Her pack was moving to a different area, being a pup, she couldnt walk the way so she was towed. She squirmed and her father looked back at her. "Watch the pup Wind," he told the mother who was towing her. "I got it Gale," She said moving the pup back to the middle. Wind smiled at Gale and they continued moving. A small wind started as the snow fell. "Gale, its snowing pretty hard" Wind told Gale. "Well tell that to Trilo, hes got a pup to,I think he named him Thisle" Wind looked at her mate, then at the pup on the bed of twigs. "Right, ill tell him then," Gale said starting towards the frount of the pack where Trilo was leading. Gale walked up to Trilo. "Trilo, we might wanna take cover. its snowing really hard" Gale told the alpha as the snow started to cover his face. "Im the leader, I'll say when we stop!" Trilo growled at Gale. "Trilo! The pups! They cant take too much cold!" Gale worried. Gale saw the pup that followed Trilo shiver. "Trilo, your pup Thisle! hes cold look!"  Gale held up Thisle and Thisle shivered more. "Your pup is what you need to worry about!" Trilo shoved Gale. Gale slammed into Wind, knocking the bed from her grasp as they tumbled down the cliff side. Trilo grasped the bed of branches. "Pity you were born from two low wolves." Trilo told the white pup. He picked up Thisle and stuck him in the bed with the white pup named sleet. "Say hello to your future mate Thisle." He carried the pups away into the snow. The pack followed.

chapter 3: sleet

Sleet grew up raised by the whole pack. She loved the pack. All of the pack but Trilo and Thisle. She knew Trilo had sent her parents away. She knew Thisle was supposed to be her mate. Thisle grew up to be a jerk, forced to devolpe an attitude like his fathers. He loved sleet just like he was supposed to but Sleet hated him. Trilo called the pack to the den. "I have made a very impotaint desion!" He yelled. Thisle looked at Sleet with a toothy smile. "My son, Thisle the great, is your new alpha!" He held up Thisles paw. "I have chosen a mate to be by my side!" Thisle winked at Sleet. Sleet growled. Trilo took the words from Thisles mouth. "My son's new mate is Sleet!" Sleets eyes widened and she walked up to Thisle. "I am no mate of yours!" She bit Thisles ear. "Honey don't joke here." Thisle gave a worried chuckle. Suddenly Sleet felt herself being picked off the ground. She was thrown into a hollow tree. Thisle was thrown in after her. "You will not come out untill you agree!" Trilo yelled at Sleet. Trilo moved a rock into the opening. Thisle gave another toothy smile and a chuckle. Thats when Sleet lost it. She bit Thisles head and then it blew up into an all out brawl. Trilo heard yelping. He moved the rock to see Sleet mameing Thisle. Sleet was heavily bleeding to. "Get away from my son!" He pulled Thisle away from Sleet. Sleet huffed. She knew what was comeing next. She kicked Thisle. Then she kicked Trilo and started running as Trilo tried to kick her out. "I want the gaurds on her trail!" He yelled sending the gaurds toward Sleets direction. Sleet finnally fell from lack of energy and life...

chapter 4: dream

Dream shook off the snow. His friend had thrown a snowball at him. "Take this!" dream threw a snowball and hit the wolf in the eyes. They both chuckled and Dream walked off. He thought he saw eyes he shook his head and turned around. He heard a whimper and turned back around. This time the eyes were gone but he saw black markings. He ran to the markings and removed the snow. The wolf was snow white with jet black markings. Dream laid next to the wolf trying to heat her up. The wolf was a bit smaller them himself. She had a black marking under her eye and on her hip streaching up to her back. Her tail had a black streak down it that widened at the end. Finnally the wolf awoke. Thinking Thisle was the one behind her, Sleet bit the wolfs head. "ow!" Dream yelled "what was that for?!" he rubbed his skull, which was now bleeding. The wolf twitched it was obvious she had lost blood. Alot of blood. "im sorry, please help me..." The wolves head fell. Dream nudged it. The wolf was going to die. Dream put the wolf on to his back and ran towards the den. Dream placed the wolf in the den and laid with it. If it was going to die it atleast needed to die in comfert. Dream laid with it all night. It awoke the next morning. "I'm sorry i bit you, i thought you were Thisle." Dream was in the corner drinking from a puddle "who?" Dream asked confused. "Thisle, I was supposed to be his mate, but i was thrown out for refuseing. They're after me now." Sleet stood up. Then Dream spoke, "They wont find you here." Dream told her. Sleet licked him and Dream got suprised. Dream licked her back.

  Sleet and Dream soon fell in love.
