Sleeping With The Enemy

"Momma,Is Nikita better now?" Jaysha asked. "W-what?" Songa said looking back at her. "Is she still mean?" She asked. "Oh....I would have to say...yes..." Songa sighed.

     Jaysha's ears whent back, she was hoping that Nakita was nice. "Oh... okay momma." She sighed. It had been about a year after what happend, so Nakita and Carter's pups were almost two, and Songa and Zorro's were about two and nine or ten months. "Im going for a walk, mom." Diana said leaving the den.

     Unluckily Songa and Zorro diddn't hear her. She stepped outside and onto the street. "Hey mom have you seen-" Nanook started but they heard a scream.

     The ran outside, and saw Diana running for her life. They couldn't see who or what she was running from. Then they saw a figure behind her.

     She stummbled as she was running when Bayah jumped from out of the corner. "HAHAHAHAAH!" Bayah laughed. "You were TODALY freaked out!" She laughed.

     "No I wasn't!" Diana spat. She didn't know her parents were waching. "Baya, where's Rocket?" Diana asked. "He's coming just wait!" Baya giggled. "Diana?" Songa said. Diana flew to her feet. "Oh, mom.. I was just chasing Baya away from the den." SHe lied as she jumped at Baya. "GO on get!" She growled chasing her. "See mom, Im fine." She smiled.

     Songa gave her an Odd look."Diana.....are you sure?"Songa asked.Diana looked around for a bit."Y-Yeah."Diana sighed.Songa looked at her again and walked off.

     "Hey beautifull." A voice said from behind her. She looked and saw Rocket. "Oh.. Hi Rocket." She giggled. He walked beside her. "Sssoooo, are you still coming to the date tonight?" He asked. She nodded. "But. I just don't know what to tell my parents." She sighed. "Yeah, same here." Rocket sighed.

     "Oh!I know!Okay, How 'bout this, I'll tell my parents I'm goinng to look at the norther lights,ou tell your's your goinng to walk on the beach,It's genious!"Rocket barked."Okay,meet you tonight!"Diana cheered and walked off.Later on they escaped from their homes and met on aa near by clift."Ahhhhh I love comming up here.."Rocket smiled.

     "Me too, its so beautifull." Diana replyd. She leaned closer to Rocket.

     He licked her head. She recoiled."Oh......uh.....sorry....."He blushed."It's okay........"She smiled.She snuggled back up to him. 

     "Hey, if your not doin anything in a few day's, can we go out again?" He asked. "Well, in a few day's, not soon, our parents will catch on." She warned. "Yeah.." He sighed. She gave him one more nuzzle, then turned and left. She hated leaving him, but she new she had to get home. She felt tears form in her eye's, but she held them back. She looked up and saw her home. "Where were you?" Songa asked.

     "A walk...."Dania lied."Dania.........look...I don't think I belive you....."Songa wanred."Well.....It's true........"She sighed.

     It was, she did walk. Songa growled to herslf and walked in the den. "Diana stop lieing." A voice said. She looked and saw her twin sister, Danah. "What? Me lieing? Nnnoooo." She said with a strange smile. "I saw you, stop saying you didn't lie." Danah growled. Diana droped her head. "If mom and dad new, they'd kill me." She cried. "I don' think they would kill you." Danah giggled.

     Well.....They'd do somthing awful..."She sighed."Why don't you find out,Like say.......Okay I got one!.Here's what to tell them.Go up to the and say,Nikita has another enemy and her Son rocket is goinng out with one of their pups,then ask her if she thinks it's okay or not."She smiled."Hey!That might work!"Diana barked.

     Later on she told Songa the story."Well,I do haate Nikita ut she needs to know about what her son is doinng!"Songa said and rushed away.oh no.....Mom thinks that Rocket is.....uh oh Diana thougt.

     Songa came back later that night and went into her den.Diana quickly followed."So....mom...what happened.....?"Diana asked."I told her,and Rocket is goinng to be in alot of trouble."Songa said and waked off.Diana ran off to him.He was in a doghouse in the back yard."Rocket?"Diana said."DIANA I SWEAR I'M NOT CHEATING ON YOU I DON'T KNOW WHAT OUR MOMS WERE TALKING ABOUT!"Rocket screamed."I know...."Diana began.

     "Whah?" He said. She told him the story. "Ooohhhh." He said. "I gotta get back." She said and nuzzled him. "Bye." e replyd as she ran off. But what he didn't know was someone in his family was waching him, and it wasn't his owner.

      Nikita stepped up."ROCKET!HOW DARE YOU!"She screamed.

     "Oh! Mom! Uuuhhh, w-what are you dioing here?" Rochet asked. "I was coming to see how you where doing." She said. "But, what was she doing here? Its not like we're, or in your case you too, friends?" Nakita asked. Rochet didn't know what to say. "Oh, she thought I was somone else." He said. "Then why did she hug you?" Nakita asked.

     "Well,um....she diddn't..."Rocket lied.Nikita looked at him funny."Oh?"Nikita groweld."Yeah,um she...was reatching for somthing...a grasshopper....and like.....It hoped and her head was turned to follow it..."Rocket panted."Grrrrrrrrr That Wolfdog knew it all along....Grrrrr."Nikita growled."NUH UH!I mean-how do you know?She dosn't like me remeber?"Rocket announced.Nikita rolled her eyes and walked off.

     He droped his head. "Crap." He sighed.

     Daina came from out of the bush."OH DIANA -"Rocket started but Diana interuppted."I know....I heard."

     "You heard?" He asked. She nodded. He stood and walked to her. "Im sorry, y'know, for all this." Diana said. "Its okay!" Rocket said, trying to cheer her up. "Wait. What, did your parents say?" Rocket asked.

     "Um... they don't know about me and you yet."She sighed.They heard somthing behind them,they turned to see Rocket's brother.

     "E-Eathan! W-Wahat. We. Uuuhh, this isn't what it looks like!" Rocket studderd. "Im telling mom!" Ethan yelled and ran tward Nakita's house. "NO!" Rocket said. He tried to run after his brother but his leash ended and he fell back. "Rocket. What do we do?" Diana asked. "Try and stop him." Rocket said.

     Daina ran in front of him and tripped him.He got up and started running again so she pulled him back by his tail."NO STOP!" Daina screamed."NO!"Eathen yelled when they heard somthing."MOM!"Eathen started but it was a dog they had never seen before."Mom? Are you lost little pup?C'mon I'l; halp you find her."She said."But-"Eathen started but was interupted.

     "Come on." She said and took him. "Your lucky." He said and was pulled away.

     "HAHAHAHAHAH" Rocket laughed. "Well you'd better get goinng before mom comes back. "Rocket smiled.Daina walked off.

      She walked into the den and saw her parents looking at her, they looked mad. "Diana! Wehere have you been? It is very late and you have been out all night!" Zorro asked. "I was out with a friend, geez no need to get angery." Diana said, she was trying to stay calm. "Hon, your lieing!" Songa said. Crap! Diana thought.

     "Okay......I might as well tell you instead of holding it in incase it gets worse.......I..I...Like....Rocket."Daina said and backed up covering her head."Go on and do your worse."She cried.

     They were taken aback. They had no idea thier daughter, had such a secret. "Di-Diana. We had no idea." Songa said. "I don't know about your mother, but I am a bit upset, but im not mad at you." Zorro said. "You mean, you don't hate me?" Diana asked. "We would never hate you, no matter what you did." Songa smiled.

     "But I can't say the same for Rocket." Diana cried as a tear rolled down her cheeck."Thier's nothing we can do about that dear..."Songa said."I know..."Daina sighed."well.....do you mind if go see him?"Diana asked."Don't get yourself into trouble."Songa smiled as Diana walked off.

     When she got thier Rocket was curled up."ROCKET, IT'S ME DIANA!"She yelled.ROcket quickly bounced up."NO! DIANA WAIT-"He started but is was too late, Carter jumped from behind a bush and takled her."SO YOUR THE LITTLE TROUBLE MAKER?"He yelled."DAD NO!"Rocket cried but is was no use.Carter started bitting diana when Zorro leaped from the woods and pinned him to the ground, Carter had no problum shaking him off.

     "Leave my daughter alone!" Zorro growled. "Tell you daughter to leave my son alone." Carter hissed. "Dad stop!" Rocket shouted. "Why?" Carter asked.

     "BECAUSE.....BECAUSE...... I HATE YOU!"Rocket growled.He slipped from out of his color and ran." **** it Zorro....look what your pathetic excuse for a daughter has done to my son."Carter roared and went back inside.Zorro walked back home without looking at Diana.She disided the only thing she could do was to was to go look for Rocket.

She padded along for an hour when finaly she spotted him.But a dog catcher's truck was turning the corner.She knew if she went for him, she would most likey get coaught, but if she diddn't he could.

     Rocket! Look out!" She screamed. "Whah?" He said and looked behind him, seeing the truck he darted tawrds her. They ran off to Rockets house and hid in his dog house. "Thanks.. babe." He said, he was out of breath. "Its... okay.." Diana replyd, panting. They were both very tired, and when Diana fell asleep, he did to.
