It had been about two or three mounths after what happend. Songa and Zorro were living as wild dogs again, and thier pups were growing strong. One day, it was gently snowing, and the family was playing infront of thier grandpa's boat. "So, you havn't seen Nakita after what happend?" Balto asked. Songa and Zorro shook thier heads. Songa felt a little scratch at her paw. "Momma, Im hungry." Diana whined

"Dad,I have to go,thier getting hungrey."Songa said."Okay,but try to patch things up with Nikita,mabey she feels sorry now."Balto said.

"NO! I mean, I don't want to risk loosing any more pups." Songa said. "Oh, well then, Zorro, you go with her." Balto said. "Yes sir." Zorro said and walked behind Songa. As they walked to the meatlocker, a scent, one she had smelt before. "Zorro, I'll go, you stay with the pups." She said. "Uhh, okay." Zorro replyd.

Songa sniffed around.Some grey fur was scattered around a trash can."Nikita."she growled.As she go closer the scent begain to change abit.A grey tail wagged from behind a corner.Songa pounced on it,bitting it."OOOOWWWWHHHHHHHH"A voise cried.Songa looked up.A young dog, 6mounths to a year old,looked at her terrified."M-M-MOMMY!"He called.He dropped the can he got from the trash,and ran across the street.Songa sat stunned for a while,then caught Nikita's scent again. "That... couldn't be.." Songa whisperd. Did Nakita realy find a mate? And have pups? She followed her scent to see if she could find her. She walked around a corner, and the scent was very strong. "S-Songa?" A voice said from behind. She turned to see Nikita."W-was that your son?"Songa asked."No......"She replied stunned."Oh...well...bye I guess."Songa said and walked off."Oh but thanks for the Idea Songa."Nikita wisperd to herself."I'll get my own pups.....and Zorro will be thier father....."She smiled. Songa walked back to Zorro, she saw her pups eating some meat. "Didn't I tell you I would get it." Songa laughed. "Yes, but you were takeing to long, and they were getting grumpy." Zorro replyd. "What took you so long anyway?" He asked. Songa's eye's whidend, she didn't know if it would be okay to tell him she saw Nakita. "I, uuh..." She started. "I saw Nakita." She finnely said, almost in a whisper. Zorro's mouth went from a smile, to hanging whide open. "What did she say?" He asked. "Nothing.....I think she let go of the fact we had pups...."Songa said."Oh,thats good..."Zorro said.They walked back to the beach.After awhile it started getting dark.Balto walked up to Songa and Zorro."The pups can stay with me for the night,you two can have the night alone."Balto smiled."Thanks Dad,I need some time."Songa smiled."Thanks sir."Zorro smiled.They walked around town and finally ended up in the boiler room.Songa fell asleep with Zorro's left front paw on her. Songa woke in the middle of the night. She looked at Zorro, he was still asleep. "I'll go see how the pups are doing." She said to heself. She walked out of the boiler room. She walked on the beach and saw her fathers baot come into view. She ran twards it. She queitly walked up the lader. She peeked around the corner and saw all her pups snuggled around thier grandpa. She smiled and walked back down. She saw the boiler room. But what she saw coming out of it scared her. About nine feet away, Nakita walked out with a larg grin on her face. But when she saw Songa growling at her, the grin was gone. She was soon knocked over by her pups. "Okay.. okay haha thats enough." She laughed. "We missed you momma." Diana barked. "I missed you too, but I need to talk to grandpa for a sec." Songa smiled. "Okay!" The pups barked and got off of thier mother. SHe walked up to Balto. "Dad..." She started. Balto could see in her eye's that somting was wrong. "What is it?" He asked. She ran as fas as she could.Soon she was out of sight.When Songa went inside,Zorro was in a differnt position when she had left him.She lied down.The next day They went back to Balto's boat.The pups were playing around She was soon knocked over by her pups. "Okay.. okay haha thats enough." She laughed. "We missed you momma." Diana barked. "I missed you too, but I need to talk to grandpa for a sec." Songa smiled. "Okay!" The pups barked and got off of thier mother. SHe walked up to Balto. "Dad..." She started. Balto could see in her eye's that somting was wrong. "What is it?" He asked. She told him the story."Mmmmmmm......I see..........Well.....lets wait awhile before we do anything...to make sure."Balto smiled.Songa went back t the pups.Nobody knew Nikita was watching behind the boat. Jaysha looked at her mom coming to them. But as she did she saw Nakita behind the boat. She ran to her mother. "Momma! Momma! I see Nakita." She said. Songa looked back and saw her head dash behind the baot. Songa growled and ran tward her. Balto saw her run, but did nothing. Songa pounced on Nakita. She bared her fangs. "What were you doing?"She growled."I-I-I-I wanted to see.....how a....family.....I mean....how a mother......pups....."She stummbled. "Speak english please." Songa growled. Nakita rolled her eye's. "I. I, uuh. Wanted to..." She stoped. "Songa, whats going on here?" Balto asked. Songa looked back and was suddely kicked in het stomach. The air was knocked out of her and she almost past out. She saw Nakita runnign away, and felt Balto looking over her. She stummbled up with the help of her father and Mate."She's gone to far with this."Balto growled "Momma, what did Nakita do?" Jaysha asked. "Oh, uuhh. She, pushed mommy over hon." Songa studderd. "Why?!" Jaysha gasped. "Because she doesn't like your mommy." Balto sighed. "Nobody hurts my momma!" Dagger growled as he ran after Nakita. "Yeah!" The rest of the pups all said and followd thier brother. They followed her scent until they were lost.It started getting dark,and the pups got scared.Fanily Songa and Zorro found them."There you are,you know better thana to run off like that!"Songa scolded."But Momma!"Nanook shouted.Songa gave him a nasty look."Okay..."He yawned.They ended up at the den.

The pups were all asleep exept for Nanook and Dagger.The started walking to the front of the den when they heard talking.
"Zorro that @#$%^ Nikita needs to leave us alone."Songa growled."What does @#$%^ mean?"Nanook asked."Shhhhh."Dagger said.Soon Songa and Zorro were alseep."Lets go get Nakita!"Nanook yelled."YEAH!" Dagger barked.It was cold but the two restless boys keep going.

They started scratching on the Doggie door,then fell in."RRAAAAAGGGRRRRRRAAAAAAGGGGGGRRRRRR"They yelled then pounced on Nikita,bitting and Scratcing."AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"Nikita screamed like like a man with a chain saw kicked the door in a charged at her.She swipped her paw across Daggars face sending him into the air.He tubbled arcoss the room hitting his head on the leg of a chair.He noticed he had a bad sctach across his face,bleeding terribly."MY MOMMY SAID YOU WERE A @#$%^ !"Daggar yelled.Niktia stood up,making tiny Nanook roll of of her."WHY YOU LITTLE-"Nikitaa screamed and charged
Meanwhile, Songa woke to Danah poking her. "Momma, Nanook and Dagger are gone." She said. Songa jumped out of the den and immediatley, caut the pups sent. She raced to Nakita's home. She could hear growls and snarles, and Nakita's evil laughter. NO!! Songa thought. She jumped through the doggie-door. She saw Dagger's cheek bleeding, and Nanook had a small scratch on his back. Then, Nakita she too was bleeding. But no as much as the pups. That was the last straw, she had tried to steal her mate, told her child it was okay to lie, but hurting her pups was another thing. "Thats it!" Songa hist. "Your dead." Nakita pinned Nanook down. "Touch me, and I squash him!" Nakita threatend. Songa steped back. "Don't... Please... He did nothing." Songa pleaded. She saw a smile form on Nakita's face. But this smile was, not like any smile that she'd seen on her face ever before. "Oh. My. Gosh...She's gone crazy!" Songa said to herself. Suddeny a large figure flew in from behind Songa, and ontop of Nakita. "Let. My. Pups. GO!" Zorro growled. "Oh? But, what about.. our's?" Nakita asked.

Zorro pinned her with a loud thump on the hard wood floor."What are you talking about?"Zorro growled.She smiled evily."YOU TELL ME NIKITA!"Zorro threatend."All I have to do is bark and my owner will bargde in her and see two dogs trying to kill me!You think of the rest..."She laughed."Songa...take then pups.....Their not old enough to hear this bad lauguage."Zorro said not taking his eyes of Nikita.He but his paw slightly above her throught."Now,tell me......what pups?"He growled.Songa had not told Zorro what she'd saw that night,so Zorro asummed she was lieing about any pups."OKAY I'LL TALK!That night....you thought I was Songa....the night in the boiler room....you remeber..."Nikita crooned quitetly."I....I....no....I diddn't!......"Zorro growled."You diddn't know."Nikita asked."but I.....I DID!"Nikita laughed.

He loosened his grip of Nikita.He stood for a while.Thinking.Nikira stood up and blocked the exit."Oh come on!Enough with the nice good boy act...You know you want me ."Nikita smiled."Nikita....I'm goinng to ask you nicly...move outta the door."Zorro said
