The day grew shorter! The winds grew stronger. Despite the fact  that Jack was gone the feeling of danger was till in the air. Winter was coming!  Emerald felt tense as she was waking home with tyler.

"Em? what's wrong you seemed disracted alot lately." said a concered Tyler. "Hmm? oh it's nothing." she said to him. He glared at her. "Doesn't sound like nothing!" he said.

"WELL IT IS NOTHING SO LEAVE IT ALONE!!! she shouted at him. He was stunned! He watch as she stormed off home!

He sighed "What can I do? She's like this ever since Jack's death." he said to himself as he slowly walked home. 

He bumped into his son Mason. "Hey Dad! You don't look to good.Its something wrong?" he asked his Dad.

"I'm just tired that's all!" he said trying not to worry his son."Dad I know about mom. We all do! They're all worried about her. "

"She just needs time." said Tyler. "I think she needs more than that." said Mason before whispered in his father's ear."That's a great Idea. I always said you were the smart one."

"No you didn't!" Said Mason smiling. "Just get everyone here to plan this I'll distract your mother." he said before they both left different ways.

He found Emerald at thee basement in the house alone as usual."Em? Sweetheart!" He called to her. Emerald din't even move. "Come lets go for a walk huh? Its too gloomy around here!" he said pulling her by the bandana.

She Moved from him."Just leave me-" He he came close to her face! "Emerald come on! Your not tired of just looking at the wall all day?" he said slightly annoyed. She was about to argue but she really was tired of staying in."Mabey when I go I should tell him." she thought to herself.

"Well?" Tyler said still waiting for a answer. She slowly nodded. "Great! let's go!" He said pulled her along.

They arrived at the beach. They sat together when achilly wind kicked up. Tyler nuzzled her."A little chilly huh? Even with the pretty sunset the wind kind of ruined the mood." he said softly to Emerald but she didn't say a word. He sighed then went closer to the water. "Just one more hour untill.." he thought.

Emerald looked at him."I'm sorry Tyler...." she said sofly. He turned. "About what?" He asked. "About everything for ignoring you and everybody who cared about me." she said about to cry.

Tyler ran to her side."Em. don't cry." he said. "I'M A MUDERER!!" she cried."What ?" Tyler was shocked. "What are you talking about you never-" Emerald cried "I killed Jack, Tyler!! His blood is on my paws!" her eyes are flled with tears. 

"You had no choice Em! He would've never stopped untill you submit to him which you knew was not going to happen.You knew that he would've killed anyone who got in his way!" He said to Emerald.

She stared at him."But-"He cut her off. "A murderer kills for the fun of it. You did it to protect your family!" he said.

she cried into his chest."Come on don't cry. Let's go see the kids. That will cheer you up." He said. She rose to her feet and smiled. He smiled too. It was a long time since he seen her smile.

"Let's go Tyler!" she said runing back to town."Wait up he said trying to keep up.

Tyler lead her to a dark warehouse then slipped passed her."Tyler! SSStop it its not funny!" She moved ceeper into the house then suddenly lights came on and everone she knew shout."SURPRISE!" Emerald was speechless. "Tyler you.." she looked at him.

"Actually it was your son who planned this." said Tyler pointing to Mason who was smiling."Thank you!" she said hugging her son. "Hey we helped too.!" said Rapheal walking with his siblings. "Thanks!! All of you!" she said with a smile bigger than the world. 

Tyler melted at her smile. She kissed her mate which made him fall flushed and panting. Everyone came to talk to her. After an hour they all went home.

After the cleanup The kids were about to leave. "Thanks again All of you!" said Emerald with gratitude." Think nothing of it mom! said Kimi. "Yeah we're just happy that you're smiling again! said Naomi.

Emerald was about to take the leftovers until she saw two shadows behind her. "Who's there?" she snarled."Old friends!" a dog said as they both tackled Emerald. They pinned her down.

"You killed my brother and now we're returning a favor with your life!" Said the other female said to her."Ruby. I'm not shock to see you with Casey doing the dirty work." Emerald said to her sister.

Rex, Luna, and Tyler were waking until Rex looked behind Tyler. "Where's Em?" Said Rex. Tyler looked around him. "I thought she was behind me.." said Tyler. He looked around the warehouse. Then he saw three figures.

"Emerald!" he shouted as he saw her pinned down. "One more step and she's history Wolf!!" Casey said lifting her paw.Tyler stood still.Ruby pinned him down. "Good boy! Ruby take care of him while I avenge my brother!" Casey said looking at Emerald.

"Hold on!! you said to kill the wolf not her!"Ruby said."We will kill him after my revenge!" But before she could touch Emerald Mason and Rapheal pinned Ruby and Casey to the ground.

"Got them!" Rapheal said."Good Job Boys!" said Cod as everone at the party came to help."Don't worry about them Em.We'll take then to a prison since being banished."

"Why don't you punish her?! She Killed my brother!" Casey screamed. "He attemped murder way too many times and he injured a human child! He was about to be executed anyway." he said to her.

"But-" "She destroed a monster to protect the town from him!Take her away!" said Doc with the big dogs behind them.

"Thank you!!! All of you!! You've saved my life!" said Emerald. "No problem Em." said Doc as they all left.

"You two going to be okay ?" asked Kimi."You kids go on Your dad will be fine with me to protect him." she said as Tyler blushed.

They a laughed and then left leaving the two alone."You okay?" he asked her."Of coarse why do you ask?" "Its Just after what she said-"Emerald cutt her off. "Oh Tyler I'm over that! Thanks for being there for me. I love you! I always will!" she said as she nuzzled him.

"Me too my little Angel!" he said as he walked his lovley and happy mate home.
