The sun was rising high in the sky,
What only seemed to be a few seconds ago,
Now we sit under the night sky,
Under aurora lights,
Staring at them from below,
We'll chase them through the snow,
Dance on our little paws in delight,
For tonight we've found no need for fright,
Our tails will dance and sway,
With every graceful move we make,
Swift and beautiful,
This scene is,
But we know it won't last for long,
Despite that,
We're still quite happy,
For we have each other
