Amy was going to Justin's house. It was three months since they first met. Amy sneaks to Justin's house at night when everyone is asleep. They take walks then get back before sunrise. They never thought it was a date.

Amy's alley friends didn't like the fact that she hangs out with him. They all said that he as nothing but trouble. Amy just ignored them. He was like the only dog who hasn't treat her like dirt but saw Amy for her true self.

 Justin never felt so free before! All his life everybody just made choses for him. Now he has a real friend. All his so-called friends just wanted to hang out with him just for his rich living even as a pup. 

 His parents were no different. They're both high-bred huskies who bred only for class, treated him like a trophy, not for love. They both ignored Justin and his love of life around him. Their owners gave him away to another rich couple who just pampered him. He life was always empty.

  Amy never thougt a rich pup like him would wanted to hag out with her. Most of the time they were all snobby and stuck up but he was really wild and free spirited. Amy grew to respect him as a normal guy.

 Amy scratched at the window softy as always but he didn't come! She tapped at the window but no answer. She was begining to leave but Justin came out of the window and caught up with her.

" I'm sorry Amy, but I can't stay out long tonight." She giggled a little and said "Why not? Late for your pedicure?" she joked. Justin's head was down. "I'm about to get married so I'll be leaving this town soon."

Amy was speechless!! "WWhat!? You're leaving?" "Yeah My engagment was suppose to be two more months but they changed it for some weird reason." he said sadly.

 Amy said with a sigh "can we at least have one more walk together?" "I wish I could but they are locking everything now thats why I couldn't go to you." Amy's ears went down. 

 "You were my only friend I had in this world.Thank you. Meet me in two days. Goodbye Amy!" He ran back to the house. "No!!! Justin don't leave!!" she shouted but Justin was already in the house.

  "No"she said. She ran with tears in her eyes back to the alley. She was thinking about what she said to him before he left. She never thought about it but she was in love! She sat down and cried for an hour. 

Then she saw someone enter the alley."Who's there?!?!" she screamed. Then she saw a golden huskey coming her way. "Who are you!!" she demaded. "I'M Justin's soon-to-be-wife, trash!" "What did you say?" she growled.

 "Did you think I didn't know about your midnight strolls?" she said. "He would always up early with a smile." Amy said." At least he was happy! Everytime he mentions you, he was always sad or angery." The huskey growled back.

 "Like I care! By the time my kids come I won't need him anymore." she said with a evil smirk. Amy couldn't beleave her ears. ''Or even if I don't have them I will be RICH!"she started to laugh. "You souless monster!"Shouted Amy. "Toodles, trash!"

 The dog ran with her evil laugh with her. "I have to find Justin!" she thought as she ran off but cut of by Storm. "Were do you think your going?" he said in a dark voice. "Out!" she snapped back. She tried to move around him but storm kept on getting in the way.

 "Why haven't you been around lately? we've all been searching for you." he said "I just run some laps that's all."This is my pack!! Ever since we were pups I kept us all alive! Me! No one moves unless I say so you got that?!" he shouted.

She nodded. "I said did you hear me?!?" he shouted again. She move her head to the side and said "Yeah, I got it." "Good. Now join the others. They're hunting." she walked out with her head down with Storm behind her.  

 Justin was in the roof when the sun rose from the icecapped mountins. He only sighed as he remembered his time with Amy. They were the only real memories without pain and anger. He was truly happy. "Amy isn't here yet!"

 Moving day was finally here. He didn't want to leave. He loves Nome but what choice did he have? He wanted to at least tell Amy his strong feelings for her. His long friendship with Amy soon turned to love. He wished he could be with her but he knew that wish can never be. 

 Then a voice that was too familiar shouted "Justin what are you doing?!?! We are late for our moving day finally!" said Janice prancing with joy. "Goodbye Amy."he said with a sigh. "What did you say? I can't hear you!" she said annoyed. "I said I'm coming."

He jumped off the roof ,landed on the trash can, then safely to the snow. Amy tought him the trick. "Justin be careful. Doing reckless things like that like an mutt!" He turned to her coldly but he ignored her comment.

 He went back in the house through the doggy door for one last look at the house. He loved Nome but the house was filled with bitterness of his empty life.

 "Justin! here boy" his owner said when he was near the car with everything packed. Justin Put his head down and jumped into the back of the car. As the car started to go he saw Amy!

 As soon as Amy saw the car she started to run after it. "JUSTIN COME BACK!!" she shouted. Justin shouted back "AMY!!" but Janice pulled him back in the car by his collar before he jumped. 

"What are you doing?! You don't her more than me do you?" Justin rolled his eyes. "of course I love you Amy -I mean Janice." "Amy?! You love That piece of trash?!" "She is NOT TRASH!" he screamed to her quiet down you two.he said as he rolled up the windows

Amy knew she wasn't going to keep up. As the car left town she said "JUSTIN I LOVE YOU!!!!" then the car was gone.

 It was in the afternoon and Amy was prepairing to leave. "I won't give up! No matter were you are ,I'll find you!" she said leaving the town.

 As she reached the woods A pack of dogs blocked her way. "This your last chance!! If you leave now for the rich mutt you can never come back." said Storm. 

 "I love all of you. you are my family but Storm, I love Justin and I'll-"  "So now its Justin now? You're leaving us for him?!" he shouted at her. "I'm not leaving anybody if you guys want come with me." All the dogs were silent.

Christie said He isn't worth it Amy. Even if you find him he's-" "Rich?" Amy cut her off. Then Tank was next to speek. "Amy if you go you'll get ripped to shreds for sure!" You know I can hadle it Tank." she said.

She ran passed them. an hour later Storm was behind her. "Storm!" she was shocked that he followed her so far." Let me speak. Even though It doesn't show I love you and I want you to stay here with me!" "I can't Storm. My true love is out there waiting for me. I'm Sorry." She ran along with the car's trail. "Not as you'll be if you ever come back" he shouted out of anger but Amy was gone.
