Chapter Fourteen

 

Back at old house, Alfina was sittng next Alura in the same they had been keeping Alura

Alura began speaking.

Alfina, what are you doing here. she asked surprised that Alfina was sitting in the cage with her.

It's a long story. Alfina replied.

Well we're not going anywhere.

Nope,you sure aren't,said a black and malamute coming from out of the shadows.

At least not without my help.he said.

wait, who are you? asked Alfina.

The names Steele.

Steele, she replied.

I heard of you. you tried to kill that one dog who saved nome back in 1925.

Yes i did, but i've changed alot since then. you see, i had let my pride and fame get in the way of what was really important saving those kids and the town, but i was blinded by greed and hatred. so i asked the court to forgive and give me a second chance. it took alot for them to do so until finally they did. i was placed on permanent probation until the court say's otherwise. so now i'm into helping the innocent and as far as my eye can see that would be you.

So why the sudden change of heart? Alura asked in disbelief.

Did you not just hear a word i said. i wanted to give something back to the town instead of being selfish and taking everything for myself.

Okay so, how are you going to get us out. Alfina asked.

Steele started to think of a way to get Alfina and Alura out their prison.

So, what are your names, Steele asked with a slight grin on his.

My names Alfina and...i'm already spoken for. said alfina looking at the smirk on steele's face.

I'm Alura and i'm single. said Alura with a sudden sparkle in her eyes.

Shhh, someones coming, i'll come back for you.....I promise. Steele had once again disapearing into the shadows.

So your awake, said sisqo.

I'm very disappointed in you Alfina. Marquita told me what happened between you two outside the other day. i alway's knew that one day you would turn on me.

Alfina, what is he talking about, and does he mean by you turning on him? Alura asked looking confused as ever.

Go ahead alfina tell her, tell her how you helped us kill her father.

Alura was horrified when she had heard what Sisqo was saying

No, that can't be, you mean to tell me that you were apart them, you. !!!!!!!!  YOU KILLED MY FATHER !!!!!!!!!!!. Alura shouted then began to cry.

I trusted you.......I TRUSTED YOU AND YOU TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME, HOW....HOW COULD YOU. Alura was then filled with the rage and hatred she had been holding for the past few months.

Alfina began speaking then.

I'm sorry, i wanted to tell you as soon as sisqo re appointed me. but he said that if i mentioned the mission to anyone he would have me killed on the spot. i couldn't risk being killed because i had the pups to take care of. back then Atlantis was still working for sisqo and could not leave because if he did he would've suffered the same fate as your father did.

My father, What does my father have to with any of this besides your gang taking his life that is.

Because your father was apart of this gang, in fact he organized it and he was in charge of it until sisqo.

Alura was shocked when she had learned the truth about her father.

You mean to tell me that my father was the leader of this organiztion as you call it. and that  sisqo had him killed in order for sisqo to take over.

 

Sisqo started speaking and laughing in an evil tone.

Yes that is correct, you catch on pretty quickly. just like your father.

He paused then started speaking again.

Now i'm going to need you two to come with me. I suspect that your mother is going to be here very soon, no thanks to Alfina here. I had her lure both of her children here in order bring your mother here as well but the plan back fired when Alfina decided to turn on me.

Alfina started shouting.

!!!!!!!!!!! ME, YOU TURNED ON US WHEN YOU DECIDED TO HAVE HIDALGO KILLED !!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes i did, and i succeeded in doing so.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Chapter Fifteen

 

The rescue team had finally made it to the the house where Alura and Alfina were being held.

Is this place? Tequila asked.

Yes this is it, Vega replied as he stared at the dirty disgusting house.

We don't have to go in there do we, i would hate to get my fur dirty, Ashanti whined as looked at the filthy house from outside.

No princess, you can stay out here and keep watch the rest of the dogs, while Me, Tequila, and Vega go in and rescue mom, said Solaris sarcasticly.

Uhm actually you can count me out, i just got a manic/pedi last week and i don't want to end up breaking a nail or get grudge stains in my fur. i'll stay out here with ashanti.

Fine, you two pampered pets can stay out here while i and Tequila go in and our mother and her daughter.

 

I's hard to believe i'm related to those two, Solaris was saying to himself.

 

Tequila, Solaris, and even Monroe all went to find out where they were keep Alura and Alfina.

 

Where do you think they are? Tequila asked half frightend when they had fist enter the room.

 

I don't know but Ashanti and Vega was right. this place is a dump. Monroe mentioned.

 

Not you too. said Solaris.

 

Solaris had then came up with a plan.

 

Okay heres the plan, we split up. Tequila you go down that hallway to the left and see what you can find. Monroe you go to the right and i'll go forward. we will rendezvous back here in one hour.

 and so, so they went their seperate ways.

Alura......Alura where are you? Monroe whispered. then he heard a voice from behind him. it was Alfina.

Alfina told him to follow her.

I knew you guys would come, Alfina said feeling relieved that help has finally come.

Where are the others, she asked.

Their outside waiting, Moroe paused after saying this.

 

Ashanti and Vega told us what happened. how is it that you escaped? he asked.

I can't tell you all that right now, but i can tell you where they are keeping you sister. follow me.

20 minutes later, Solaris was still searching for Alura's cage. he then saw a  figure coming down out of the darkness from a long corridor that was facing right in front of  him. 

Solaris is that you, said the mysterious figure.

Solaris then recognized the figures voice.

Dad? he asked looking confused.

Yes it's me, what are doing here, Alantis asked his.

Me and Tequila rounded a search party to look for Alura. me and her went walking the night she was captured. all the dogs are outside waiting. we spent two weeks looking for her. Ashanti and Vega is here aswell.

Well you guy's shouldn't be, this dangerous. you don't what your getting into son.

Solaris looked at his father strangely. then he began speaking again.

Then what are doing here? He asked.

I can't say, just trust me. replied his father in a guity sounding tone.

Why can't you?

Solaris then looked at his father knowing something didn't quite add up. why was his father there? where was his mother and why wasn't she with him? and most importantly where was Alura?  all these questions started screaming and pecking at his trying find the answers until finally he was able to put it all together and all of a sudden he knew that his father was apart of it some how. he just needed the evidence to confirm his thesis.

 

 

 

 

 

Chapter sixteen 

 

All twenty-six dogs were still awaiting Solaris, Tequila, and Monroe's return. then they turned their to the sound of trash cans being knocked over.

Uh-oh, i think we've been spotted, Ashanti exclaimed.

Well it looks like this going to be the fight of  lives. added Akira.

Ashanti and Vega looked at each other the back at Akira.

Fight, we don't know the first thing about fighting. said Ashanti who was obviously frightend by what Akira had just said.

I know, we were bred for show not fighting. replied Vega

Well you two pampered pups had better.

Shaoulin was racing down the hallway yelling trying to get everones attention.

AMBUSH.....AMBUSH... WERE BEING ATTACKED. he shouted

everyone looked in panic and in fear of what was happening. finally everyone had calmed down when their leader had shown up in front of  his gang renegades.

Siso began speaking in a loud and powerfull voice.

TONIGHT IS THE THE NIGHT. SOON WE WILL HAVE OUR REVENGE AGAINST TEQUILA AND HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

THEY WILL ALL PAY FOR WHAT THEY HAD DID TO US.

BRING OUT THE PRISONER. he shouted once more.

Solaris and Atlantis had then ran into Alfina,Tequila and Monroe as they all heard the riot that was taking place.

WE HAVE TO GET OUT HERE...NOW,,shouted Alfina.

Solaris started talking.

Mom,JUST WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE. Solaris shouted looking confused and angry at the same time.

both of his looked at each other and then back at Solaris.

NO TIME, they shouted in unison.

they quickly ran towards the rendezvous point but then they saw it was blocked off.

 

 Your not going anywhere, growled Marquita.

 

 

 

 

 

Chapter seventeen

 

 

All the dogs that were outside waiting to see what was going on suddenly knew what was happening in the first place. at that particular moment all the dogs crashed through the door at once knocking down Marquita and the other three dogs aswell.

 

Who was that? asked Vega.

 

Tequila finally thougth it was time tell everyone the truth.

 

That was Marquita and...........she paused... She's my sister. as you can by the way that i look and the size and shape that i am. i am
