" ah-ooph." a wolf jumps out of the bushes.

" huff huff huff." the wolf looks back.

" humph, i lost them." ahe stops running and lands on the ground, then falls into a deep sleep. about an hour later antoher wolf comes from out of nowhere.

" hey are you ok?" he asked.

 the she wolf opend her eyes to see a black and white wolf staring down at her. she growled as she slowly got up.

" no its ok i'm a friend." he went over to her and helps her up.

" my names shade, my pack is just amile from here."

" my names silver." she said shaking off the snow.

theres a ruslle in the bushes, both there ears perk up.

" AHH there here." silver said scard.

" come on follow me." shade said as he started to run.

" au-hu." she takes off after him.

wolves come out of the bushes and start to chase them. silver looks back.

" there slowing down."

shade stops.

" grrrr, stay close to me."

his har brisles up hes fangs start to showing, his tail curls up a bit. wolves start to saoround them. silver starts  growling her hair brisles up alittle. a wolf about the same size as shade comes out he has a grin on his face.

" well would you look what we have here, if it isn't shade and the trespaser." he says as he walks around them.

" you know what the problem with you two is. ones trespassing and you i just don't like."

silver falls onto to snow." ugh."

shade gose over to help her up but lobo stops in his tracks.

" humph, shes weak. so the chanses of her making it in this fight are a million to none."

" grrrr, she'll make it lobo i promise you that."

one of the wolves starts smeling the air.

" what is it toxic." lobo asked impacently.

" we got company."

wolves come out of the bushes. shade smiles.

"grrrr, if you know whats good for you, i'd back away from our leader now. one of the wolves says.

shade smiles. " you see lobo your in my teratory know, you've been in it for awile. so i sugest you leave now if you want to leave with your life."

" humph, calling on your wolf pack to help you out how pathetic."

lobo and his pack leave running. shade walks over to silver. he turns his head and looks over at his pack.

" comet, blue strik take her to the under ground caves and help her out. the rest of us will go find food to eat and bring it back."

" right." comet and blue strik reaply.

shade picks her up and puts her on blue striks back. over in the cave as they wached her sleep blue strik and comet looked at eachother.

" so why do you think shade saved her.?"

" how should i know, its strange enouph he left the pack alone."

the others come back, they brig the food. blue strik and comet go and help them bring in the deer. shade walks over to silver, he nuges her head with his noes.

" nnnn." silver opens her eyes. she looks up up at him. shades looking down smiling.

he walks over to the pack and the deer, he tares off some meet and takes it to silver.

" here you need to keep up your stranght if you want to be in this pack."

silver gets up slowly smiling at him.

" thanks."

shade steps aside and lets her eat. the rets of the pack starts to eat. a few weeks later silver running around and gaining streanght and eavan gaining a few hearts. shade let her jion the pack and helped her learn more about the way the packed worked.

as they got closer and closer shade found himself falling for the silver wolf and she to found herself falling for him.

" and thats the story of a helping paw"
