After about 3 hours of walking they finally reached there home town. Nome. There was small snow flakes lightly falling from the sky and they could see everyone playing around. They sighed and watched the pups laugh and roll around. Ben looked around the town. He has never been here before. But he liked it a lot more than his home town. "Wow! This a lot better than Lynton!" Ben yelled. He wanted to just run down the hill and roll through the soft white snow. It seemed as if Balto read his mind."Go ahead Ben!" Balto laughed. With that Ben just ran down the hill and tripped and rolled but he was having a blast. All of the pups watched and ran up the hill to do the same as Ben. Jenna and Balto was laughing there heads off.

 Balto and Jenna knew everybody in the town. Seen how it is pretty small. They all liked both of them and they were really nice to each other. As soon as Balto took one step forward everybody noticed them. "Welcome back Jenna and Balto!" everyone yelled up to them. "Thank you everyone!" Jenna yelled back. Balto and Jenna walked to there small house. "Wow, it feels so good to be back home," Balto said. "It sure is." Jenna replied. Just then Ben ran up to them and claimed he had seen Seth. "I'm serious you guys! I really did see Seth! And when he saw me he hid in this dark and scary cave. "Yeah we believe you Ben," Balto said sarcastically. "I'm telling the truth...you know what?! If you don't believe me than don't but some way I will prove it to you. Ben turned around and ran outside.

"Do you think he's telling the truth?" Jenna said once he was out of sight. "Well we'll just have to find out. Won't we?" Balto said. "Come on let's go say hi to everyone." "Ok," Jenna said. A while later they had greeted everyone in the town. Except for one person. Jenna's best friend. She wouldn't even talk to her. Jenna's best friend was named Maddy, they were best friends since they were little pups. "Balto, I'm really worried about Maddy. She's not talking to me. Is it something I did?" Jenna blinked back tears. "Of course not! You didn't do anything!" Balto encouraged her. After about an hour of searching for Ben. Balto and Jenna finally found him talking to some girl. Jenna didn't recognize her until she saw her tail. "Uh Balto... Ben is flirting with Maddy." Jenna seemed a little upset, but Balto jus turned back to Ben and Maddy. "Hey everyone," Jenna said when they reached the two. "Oh hey Jenna! Balto! How's it going?" Maddy seemed all cheerful and was talking to Jenna. "Pretty good, how about you?" Jenna asked. "Um Jenna can I talk to you for a second, in private?" Maddy stared at Jenna.

"Uh.. yeah sure," Jenna replied. They both walked away from the group. "So what did you want to talk to me about?" Jenna asked. "Well it's kind of hard to explain. Ok her goes nothing. You know Balto right? Well I'm in love with him. I know I didn't tell you this before. But ever since Balto has been your mate. I guess everything is just different around here. I still do love Balto." Maddy explained. "Oh. Well Maddy if you had told me that before I would have never said yes to be his mate. I'm sorry but theres nothing I can do about it." Jenna walked away from Maddy leaving her crying in shock. She walked over to where Balto was. "Balto can we go home?" Jenna whsipered in his ear. "Sure," Balto whispered back. "Well I have to go. I'll see you later," Balto said walking home with Jenna. Maddy was just standing there thinking about what Jenna said to her.

"It's time for revenge." Maddy said aloud without knowing. "Revenge for what?" Ben said walking up to her. "Oh nothing I'm just thinking about something one of my friends said to me," Maddy lied. "Okay well I'm gonna go see Balto and Jenna. See you later." Ben said walking towards there house. "Balto, Ben, and Jenna fell asleep pretty fast. And before they knew it, it was morning. Jenna walked outside for some fresh air. She was looking down when at the ground and soon found two feet. She looked and seen Seth staring at her. "Seth..what are you doing here?" Jenna asked. Balto heard Jenna talking to someone so he decided to go see who it is. Balto walked out the door and seen Seth. He gasped. "SETH! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!" Balto yelled at him.

Balto hated Seth now for what he did to him. "Well, I didn't expect you guys to leave so early." Seth said calmly flirting with Jenna. A few moments of silence Seth kissed Jenna. Balto was so angry at this. He punced on Seth. Seth struggled to get Balto off. Until he flung him off and Balto hit his head on the ground hard. Seth was right up to Balto and about to chew on his neck. Balto could barely move. But Seth's leg was right by his mouth. He started to chew on it but all Seth could to was laugh. "Seth! Stop! Get away from him!" Jenna screamed at Seth with tears flowing down her face. Seth hit Jenna across her face and knocked her out. He took both Jenna and Balto some where. They were separated many miles from eachother. Jenna awoke with a loud thud of thunder. She was so scared. It was lightening and raining and thundering. Jenna was frozen solid. "Balto!" Jenna managed to scream out. Her throat hurt so much. "Hello Jenna." Seth said cooley. "Seth, wat are you doing here?" Jenna asked as Seth was walking closer to her. "Seth! Get away from me! I don't want you! I want Balto!" Jenna was flooding tears out of her eyes. But Seth was just standing there laughing his head off. "NO JENNA! YOU WANT ME, BALTO IS NO LONGER ALIVE, SO YOU CAN MOVE ON, YOUR MY NEW MATE, AND BALTO NEVER LOVED YOU!" Seth yelled at her.

"No Seth!" Jenna yelled than ran away from Seth. She ran for about 30 minutes, when she stopped to catch her breath. She looked behind her. "Seth isn't following me." Jenna was now freezing cold. The wind was so cold against her red and white soft fur. ~Meanwhile~ Balto awoke with someone trying to wake him up. He looked up and seen Seth. "Seth, where am I? Why did you bring me here?" Balto asked looking around the forest. "I brought you here, because you are with Jenna 24-7 and I think I should be with her. After all she does like me more. And she kissed me back, when I kissed her in front of you." Seth laughed an evil laugh. "Balto had an erge to kill him but he held back. "You stay away from her!" Balto yelled.

Seth laughed again and ran off Balto was so hungry, he had no food. But he didn't care, he just wanted to go and look for Jenna. The sun was shining down on him but he was freezing cold. Balto started to walk in the direction Seth had ran off to. He walked and walked and walked but all he could find was more trees. He sighed. "I'll never find her," Balto said letting one tear slide down his face. "Don't get your hopes down, you know, if you just believe in yourself, than maybe you will find her," a strange voice said. "What? Where are you? Who are you? Please come out and talk to me." Balto said looking around.
