Brothers and sisters, I'm glad you got homes.

How I wish I could get adopted too,

Now I sit here and wait for you

A nice human to come over and say hello

Pick me up and take me home

Here in this small town of Nome.

Sure I am different, thats first seen

But I am just a puppy, I am not mean

I wish I could get a home too

Just like my brothers and sisters do 

But here I sit

Every pup deserves a good home

Maybe one day I will find my place

Time, I do not want to waste

For now I sit, wishing for what escapes me

Sitting alone, my parents watch with glee
