PROLOGUE: It was in the middle of winter when Jenna and Balto decide to go for a walk in the middle of the forest, then a huge storm came. They were both so cold so they decided to head back. But through all the snow they couldn't really see eachother. Jenna fell down and hurt her leg, while Balto he didn't even notice, so he just kept on walking. Jenna just layed there calling and calling Balto's name. "Balto, Balto Balto! Balto help me, I'm hurt!" Balto couldn't hear her because the wind was so strong. Jenna eventually stopped calling Balto. It didn't do anything. About and hour later the storm finally stopped and the sun came out. Jenna was almost blind of the brightness from the sun. Jenna blinked a couple times and could see birds flying every where. Jenna could stand up, but when she tried to walk she would hurt her leg even more. Then some random husky came running through the forest at full speed and tripped over Jenna. THE REAL DEAL: "Ouch!" yelled the husky who tripped over Jenna. "Oh my go, I'm so sorry I didn't mean to." Jenna quickly apolagized. "Oh no it's okay, it wasn't your fault-" The husky stared into Jenna's deep warm brown eyes. He looked down at Jenna's leg. "Oh, are you okay?" he asked. "Yeah I'm fine. Um I'm Jenna and you are?" Jenna asked. "Oh sorry, I should of introduced myself, I'm Ben, It's nice to meet you Jenna," Ben just looked at Jenna, he feels like he knows her somehow. Jenna felt the same way. "Well we should get you home or something, where do you live?" Jenna just thought for a moment. She couldn't even remember where she lived! "Um well actually to tell you the truth, I really don't remember." Ben just stared at her like she was crazy. "Were you out in the storm?" he asked. "The big storm, yeah I was."Jenna nodded her head. "Well you weren't here alone were you?" Ben demanded an answer. "No I wasn't I was with Balto, but then in the storm I tripped and I hurt my leg but he didn't notice. He's probably back at home." Jenna looked at the ground. "Thats why I know you!" Ben unexpectically yelled out. "I'm Balto's cousin and remember when you guys were first together he introduced us." Ben stared. "Oh yeah, I remember now!" Jenna said. ~Meanwhile~ Balto was not at home at all. He accidently turned the wrong way because he couldn't see the snow coming down hard. He eventually ended up in a place that has no snow, the sky's bright blue. The sun was shinning down on him. The birds were chirping and there was a rainbow in the sky. Balto could see deer and other animals gathering around Balto just standing there and staring at him. Balto just moved a leg and all the animals were scared so they went back into the forest. Except Balto caught something that looked like a husky hiding behind a tree. Balto looked over and there eyes locked. After about 3 minutes Balto broke the stare. The strang Husky moved closer and closer to Balto. Balto was a little scared. He wanted to move, but it felt as thought his legs were glued on to the ground. The strange Husky began to speak. "Hello Balto," He said cooly. Balto was shocked he knew his name. "H-how d-do you know my n-name?" Balto studdered. "I have known you since you were a little pup. My name is Seth. And I know everybody. I'm everybody's friend, so don't think of me like a threat or an enemy. I'm actually pretty nice. Even if I did scare you. Oh and Sorry for this you must be so confused." Balto felt better from the little speach that Seth made. "Okay, well would you be able to take me home? I really want to see Jenna." Balto looked down at the ground when he said Jenna. "Ah yes, Jenna. You know she is not at home. She is with a person that she just met. When there was the storm she fell down and hurt her leg. She called and called for you, but I gues you just didn't hear. jenna really misses you Balto, you should really go look for her." Seth stared into Balto eyes. "Well do you know where she is? Would you be able to help me look for her?" Balto looked at Seth with a sad looking face. Seth felt extremly bad for Balto. Finally Seth gave in just looking into Balto's eyes. "Okay fine I will help you, on one condition." Seth said. "Okay, anything what is it?" Balto was beginning to feel like himself just thinking of finding Jenna. "You have to help find me a mate." Those words kept echoing through Balto's head. "Find me a mate. Find me a mat. Find me a mate" Over and over again. Balto blanked out for a couple seconds then went back into reality. "Of course I will! anything for me to be with Jenna again." Balto said cheerfully. But Seth could tell Balto wasn't happy for that condition. "Okay, well we'll rest tonight then at dawn tomorrow we will head out and look for Jenna. It was already dark out and all the animals that slept in the night were probably already sleeping. Balto looked at the sky, he seen bats flying overhead, he couldn't stop thinking about Jenna. He looked over at Seth and could see that he was sleeping. Balto sighed. He finally drifted off into a light sleep. ~Meanwhile~ Dawn came very slowly. Jenna had probably been awake forr hours just thinking about Balto. She just missed him so much, she wanted to nuzzle him right now. Ben could hear Jenna sigh. He could tell that she missed Balto. "You know Jenna, if you want we could set out and look for him." Ben suggested. Jenna jumped of the sound of his voice. "Are you sure Ben, I mean you don't have to come with me, I could go all by myself," Jenna sighed once again. "Of course not! That won't be neccisary! You know I want to go and see Balto too. So we can both search for him." Jenna was so happy about that. Ben could see the smile that grew on Jenna's face. "Oh Ben, Thank you.
