An unfortunate death

 

17 weeks pass after Balto met up with his siblings and his father. He couldn't believe it! His father had been alive all this time and never even showed up to say hi or anything! He told this all to Jenna and she tried her best to keep Balto calm. Then something hit him (not literally). What if he had been trying to protect us? As Balto was thinking about all of this, a white wolf/demon walked up to him. His fur was pure white, and he had gold eyes. Where had Balto seen him before?

"Are you Balto? Aniu's son?"

"Yeah and who are you exactly?"

"My name is Inuyasha. And I'm your cousin. My mother Izayio is your mothers sister. My father Inutaisho (which is actually his father's actual name) was a demon. So we are still related."

"Inuyasha! Where did you go? Who is this?" Asked a black wolf.

"Kagome, this is Balto. He is my cousin like I told you about. We are here to help you. So do you have any friends?"

"Yeah. Jenna is my mate though."

"Balto surely you've heard?"

"Heard what?"

"Ripple is coming to kill the pups of Aniu. Which means you and your siblings! That is why we came to help you."

"So your not here to visit me?"

"No. Balto, Inuyasha here has been raised without a father in his life. You had your father for the first 2 months of your life. Inutaisho died trying to save Izayio. We will tell the story to you later on."

"Balto by the way, have you ever been in a battle?"

"No. Only with bears and dogs. Why?"

"Oh, just because your going to need skills to get through this one. Kagome, willl you see if Jenna needs to be trained in anything. Even though all your good at is shooting arrows."

"Sit boy." With that Inuyasha went face first into the ground.

"I was only joking, Kagome."

"I need to get me one of those, for Balto. How did Inuyasha get that necklace?"

"When we first met, he tried to kill me after saving me."

"Kagome. I smell a demon nearby. Its.... Sesshomaru!"

"Inuyasha who is Sesshomaru?"

"My older brother. Watch out Balto he is not very nice to strangers."

"So half breed have you figured out why I have come yet?"

"Sesshomaru, why should I give a care for why you are here. Unless it deals with Ripple, then I'm not interested."

"You were born ignorant, and you'll live as an ignorant half-demon. I hate the fact that my fathers blood runs through your veins, halfbreed!"

"Shut up! I don't care. My mother taught me not to be ashamed of what you say about me. She also said that your just," Inuyasha paused so he could draw out the Tetsaiga. "Jealous! Wind Scar!" The same fire the Inutaisho used many years ago, happened this time to Sesshomaru.

"Inuyasha I came to tell you who Ripple really was. Ripple is the wolf who killed father. His real name is Takemaru. He didn't die in the fire with father, he only had his look-alike there to go to the doom with father, your mother and yourself! That is why I hate you. My father died for the sake of a regular wolf and a miserable half-breed such as yourself! Now Die!" Sesshomaru paused too, he pulled out his Tokegen. "Dragon Strike!"

"I expected that! Wind Scar!"

"Kagome, why does Inuyasha and Sesshomaru fight so much?" Balto never thought that his cousin, Inuyasha would cause an unessacary fight with his brother.

"Its bacause Sesshomaru is a full demon while Inuyasha is a half demon. Its bascically, that Sesshomaru wants Inuyasha to die."

"Oh. Hey do you smell that, Kagome?"

"Smell what? I don't smell anything but sweat from the two fighting brothers over there."

"I smell a demon. Full demon and coming here fast."

"Balto its probably just Sesshomaru. He's a full demon."

"No. Its a thousand times stronger than Sesshomaru's smell. And it smells like its coming from the North."

Balto was right. 5 minutes later, a Dog Demon came out of nowhere and seperated the two fighting brothers. Sesshomaru was looking with wide-eyes. Inuyasha and everyone else didn't know who he was. He was big and white, with purple markings on his face (like Sesshomaru, but only one), and a little old. Inuyasha had a flea on him that reconized the demon. For, it was Myoga the flea.

"Master! You survived the fire? How?"

The demon transformed into human form. "Takemaru is not dead. I got away just in time before the mansion came crashing down. The Takemaru that was there was a decoy. The real Takemaru is actually Ripple, if you didn't already know that." He paused and looked at Sesshomaru and then Inuyasha. "Sesshomaru, I am very disapointed in you for not having anyone to protect. Inuyasha since you do not remember me, I will gladly tell you who I am. I am Inutaisho, the Great Dog demon, your father."

"Father?"
