JENNA:

The red and white husky walked at a steady pace across nome.

 It was late fall, winter would soon come.

 Jenna walked onto her porch and lay down. The red and white husky lay her head in between both her paws. A wind chim gently chimed in the wind.

Just then, Dixie,sylvie and a dark brown female husky walked by. "Oh, hi jenna." Sylvie said.

The three walked up to jenna.

"Jenna, this is cara, we have been friends since we were pups." Sylvie said.

"Hi, im Jenna." Jenna said politly.

Cara." Cara said with a roll of her eyes.

"C'mon guys, lets go home and party." Cara said as she walked forward.

"Ummm, bye Jenna." Replied Sylvie.

"HURRY UP!!!" Cara shouted.

And before jenna could say anything, Cara quickly hurded then Sylvie and Dixie along.

Jenna let her head fall back onto her paws.

"Why was Cara in such a hurry to get away from me?" Jenna thought.

A few minutes later, Jenna heard barks of joy coming from Sylvies house.

"I wish I could have gone with them. Im so lonly." jenna thought.

This went on for many days. Every evening around the same time, Jenna would hear the playful barks.

One morning, while Jenna sat on the porch, Dixie came running up to her.

"JENNA!! JENNA!!!" Dixie screemed.

"What?" Jenna asked.

"CARA LIKES BALTO!!! SHES TRYING TO MAKE A MOVE ON HIM!!!!!!" Dixie screemed.

"WHAT?!?!?" Jenna screemed.

"Ya, balto has been at all the parties Cara has had, he only comes to be polite to Cara, since shes only visiting, but now she likes him, I mean LIKES him likes him, and she thinks he likes her......" Dixie sighed.

"BALTO LOVES ME!!!!!" Jenna yelled.

Jenna stood up, her fur stood on end, she growled in a low voice.

"She siad if she ever see's you near balto, shes gonna kill you." Dixie gulped.

"Not if I kill her first." Jenna growled.

"C'mon Jenna, be considerate. Dont hurt he to bad." Dixie said sarcasticly.

"CONSIDERATE!?! SHE SHOULD HAVE CONSIDERED WHOS MATE SHES MAKING A MOVE ON!!!!!!" Jenna snaped.

"Ya, nobody messes with Jenna or her mate." Dixie said.

Jenna stoped.

"But what if Balto actully likes her better than me?" Jenna asked wearily.

"He doesent. Whenever he trys to come see you Cara thretens to get a gang of dogs together and kill him."Dixie frowned.

"Grrrrrrrrr.........." Jenna growled.

Suddenly, Jenna heard the playful barks, she felt a growl come up her throat, and her fur stood on end.

"Im going to stop this once and for all." Jenna snaped.

Jenna ran across the street to Sylvies house. She had never been so mad and protective in her life. 

Jenna peered through a holl in the fence. She saw Sylvie, nikki, kaltag, star and Cara. And sure enough, Balto.

Cara aproached Balto.

"Hey Balto..." Cara said in a flirty voice.

"Umm, hi Cara." Balto replied.

"Hey star, turn on the music." Cara shouted to star.

Star turned on the music.

"C'mon Balto, lets dance." Cara said in a flirty voice.

Balto steped back.

"Ummm, Cara, I told you, I have a mate, and im not gonna cheat on her." Balto said.

"Well if you dont dace with me, im gonna get my gang on street dogs to come kill you!!!!" Cara said in a touchy voice.

"Cara, your threts dont scare me. I will NOT cheat on Jenna. Im leaving." Balto said firmly.

"I guesse I have no choice then......" Cara said in a smug voice.

Cara leaped at balto,she sent him flying in to the fence, wich nocked him out cold.  Blood driped from were Cara had bit him.

Suddenly, Jenna burst though a loose bored in the fence. She hurled herself at Cara. Jenna pined Cara down. Jenna growled at her.

"IF YOU EVER EVER HURT BALTO AGAIN, I SWEAR ON MY FATHERS GRAVE I WILL KILL YOU!!! Jenna growled.

"GET OFF OF ME!!!!!!!" Cara screemed.

With that, Jenna let Cara go.

Cara ran across the street and into a near by ally.

Balto got up, he wobbled.

Jenna ran up to him.

"Jen, thank god you were here." Balto said.

Jenna nuzzled him.

"lets go back to my place and rest." Jenna said softly.

"I like the sound of that." Balto said.
