Balto was so excited to be a father of twelve puppies. When he say Jenna she looked sad. “What’s wrong?” Balto asked in a worried way. “I was counting all the puppies, and one is missing!!” Jenna cried. Balto was shocked. He was so worried. He felt guilty for the being puppy missing. Then ameditlly Boris came flying into the situation. “This most is bad news” Boris said. “Your right” said Balto. Balto asked Jenna “what were you doing after the first time you counted?” “Well, I was napping.” When Balto heard that Balto looked at the door. It was open the first he came in. it should have been closed. Balto had the chills go down his spin. The puppy could be any where in Nome!! Balto had to think fast. Where could he be!! The first thing he thought of was to go to the grocery store. Balto ran there like a light bolt. He asked if some one had seen a young pup. All he heard was “nope”.  He looks at ever possible place this pup could be.  It was getting dark and he knew that if he could not find puppy in an hour he would not be able to find puppy. He checked in on Jenna and she looked the same as before. Sad. Scared. It all depended on him. Even though the puppy will defiantly not be at the abandoned boat he looked there any way. When he went on to the boat Steele tackled him. Balto was able to slip away and say, “Steele what are u doing?!” “Taking your pup.” Steele said with an evil grin. Balto slipped behind Steele and ran toured the puppy. “Daddy!!” the puppy yelled. Balto picked up the puppy with his mouth and ran and jumped out of the boat. Steele was right on Balto’s tail when Balto reached Jenna’s home. “Are going to make it dad?” asked the pup. “Yes we will,” Balto ran into the room were Jenna was Balto shut the door on Steele. The puppy ran toured Jenna. “What shall we name him?” asked Jenna. “We should name him Shado.”  

    Shado allways tried to escape. Balto had to keep him out of trouble. Jenna was starting to think that Shado will always be like this. One day Shado asked "Dad, is it true that you are a famous race dog?". "Yes I am a famous race dog." replied Balto. "Well I want to be one too." Shado ran up to Kodi and Alue and the rest of the puppies and they played like they were race dogs. Jenna thought was adorable. Balto felt like an asome father that day.   

       When Shado was older, he and Kodi were both on the sled team. Shado and Kodi would fighting over who's the leader. " guys, let some one else be the leader so this won't happen agian." Balto barked. "I should be leader becuase I'm older!" said Shado. "By two seconds!" Barked Kodi. "Why don't you let Maria go ahead?' said Jenna. "She's a girl!" Kodi and Shado said at the same time. "jinx you owe me a treat!" said Shado. " jinx machine out of order all it can do is spit out your quarter!" replied Kodi. Shado gave a nasty look at Kodi. Kodi just smiled.

       Shado and Maria were not friends, they were enemies. Shado and Maria had two groups, girl group, which were all girls, and a boy group, that were all boys. their leaders were Shado, for the boy group, and Maria for the girl group. One day they had a meeting. "The girls group thinks that we should join as one group so we can go against a knew group called Cool Dogs." said Maria. "I have heard of that group, they can be dangrous." said a member from the boys group. "If this is the only way to win against the the Cool Dogs, then we shall join." said Shado.

     The two groups changed there names to Nome Dogs. They discussed there plan and moved in. Maria went and found the Cool Dogs hideout started there plan. "We are here to fight." said Maria. " We surender! we will leave for ever!" said the Cool Dogs leader. they all ran away in diferent areas. "Well, that was easy!"

         the group talkd about how they gave up so easly. " Maybe they were afraid." said Kodi. "No, it was just me and I didn't do any thing except say'We are here to fight'." "Maybe they had a plan of there own said Jenna. "Mom, why are you here ? and where is dad?" said Shado. " Balto is making sure no one is trying to sneek in that is not part of the group." replied jenna. " They are very mean this group you  guys are talking about. they can be nasty. They have destroyed many groups. They are now after yours."

          They all knew what to do. they went to the the Cool Dogs hideout. They cot them in discution. " how dare you come here. I thought we got ride of you." said the leader of the Cool Dogs clan. " We have come to have sign the papers for surender." said Maria. The Cool dog clan knew wht they did wrong. they were forced to go away to another town and stay away from Nome. "Well we got rid of them." said Shado. Balto replied " Yes we did."
