Jenna!!! . Balto called out. Come here I have to tell you something important. What Balto What, I am here. Jenna I have to go on a trip to gnome and I need you to watch over Boris make sure he doesn’t have a heart attack or something. Ok Balto I will you have a safe trip and I love you see you in a couple of days. As Balto was leaving Jenna thought of all of the possibilities she could do without Balto watching her every move.

She nodded her head and went off to Balto’s boat to go check on Boris to see what was going on. She noticed that Sabahad come for a visit from his owners. Jenna was glad to see Saba and gave him a nuzzle she was glad to see Saba was doing. As she was talking to Boris Saba had walked out of the boat and Jenna had followed after him. Jenna said “what’s wrong Saba.” He said “nothing but, toboe is coming and I have to do a race with him and I am worried about how the whole thing is going to go.” Jenna had been rather happy to hear that toboe was coming. “How long is he going to stay Saba?” “A few weeks he’s got to practice why don’t you come to the race.” As Saba was running away Jenna was thinking to herself “I always go to the races what makes you think I wont this time!”

         A few days later when Balto was still out delivering mail with Kodi Toboe had came to see Jenna and how she was doing with everything. Toboe came in the boat and had seen Jenna lying down in a basket which she had given birth. Toboe gave her a nuzzle and lay down on the floor next to her. “Hey Jenna how are you doing?” “Oh, fine I Miss Balto some much and I saw Sabathe other day and he told me about the race I wish you good luck. “Thanks that’s nice of you Jenna I have no doubts about the race at all.”

          The day before the race started Jenna wished toboe and Sabagood luck on the race. “Thanks mom.” Saba said “thanks Jenna.” Said toboe. That night toboe had walked in on Jenna again and had noticed her lying alone and came up to cuddle with her since Balto wasn’t there. She had smiled in approval and fell asleep with toboe keeping her company and cuddling in the basket together.

           The next morning the races had started and Jenna wished luck to all who had been in the race. When the gunshot when off the sled teams started running wildly with Saba’s sled team in the lead right before the finish line they were sure they were going to win but, then toboe sled team caught up and quickly passed them and became the winners of the race just by a hair. Just when the sun was going down that evening toboe once again had come in the boat after Jenna had just checked on Boris and lay in the basket with her again. She smiled and fell fast asleep.

            In the morning she had felt quite unwell so she lay down for a few minutes and started to feel worse she just remembered Balto and how he was he was suppose to be gone for a little over a month which he said a couple of days but, it was more than that. Toboe had walked in that morning knowing Jenna would feel sick and tired after last night she asked him “what’s wrong with me.” He said “I donno.” And gave her a look that he actually did know what was wrong with her. She laid down once again and fell asleep for about another hour she notice it was already 11:00 A.M. and she got up for the day before it was afternoon.

            A few days later she couldn’t run without serious pains in her stomach and she felt that she needed Balto to comfort her and make her feel better by telling her everything will be okay. She felt as if she was about to have pups but, she knew she wasn’t going to she said “how could I possibly have pups.” She thought for a moment and said to herself “toboe!” she ran outside and she started yelling at toboe and she bit his back leg and looked at him bleeding and she said “that’s what you deserve for what you did to me.” She was thinking about Balto and how he would feel about the situation and how bad this was for toboe Balto and Jenna herself. She didn’t Balto to find out that she was going to have pups that aren’t even his she thought of toboe and got disgust all over her face. She felt violated and heartbroken just because of toboe. She knew toboe was nothing like Balto and the other sled dogs like Togo but she didn’t know he would so that she had a mental image in her head about toboe and her pups she didn’t want to think about what Balto would say and think about her if they wouldn’t be mates anymore or even friends.

            The next morning toboe had not come over to see Jenna because he didn’t want the same thing happen this morning that happened last night. Jenna knew Balto would be home in a couple of weeks to see Jenna and Boris.

            After three weeks of carrying the pups around she decided that it was almost time to have the pups just about another two weeks to go and she would have the pups and Balto would be back “oh no.” she whispered to herself. “What will Balto think and what will toboe think I am so stupid im sorry Balto.” “Im sorry.”

           Two weeks later the pups came earlier than Jenna had thought they would she welcomed 4 males and 3 females. As she lay in bed she says “welcome into this world Suzuki, Carrie, shanty, Luke, Blake, pesto, banshee.” She has seen 7 beautiful pups sleeping next to her in the same basket that she lay in. she was amazed how far she came but, she wasn’t going to let toboe see his pups she didn’t even want to see him at all.

           That night Balto came home and greeted Jenna with a nuzzle. Jenna said “Balto I am so sorry come here please forgive me Balto please.” What.” Balto replied. “Come here Balto.” “ok.” Balto said. As Balto walked over to Jenna she was thinking how bad this would end up. “Oh my!” Balto yelled in disgust “whose puppies are those whose!” “Togoes and mine I am sorry Balto.” “No Jenna I trusted you I did and look what you did to me I you!” “Balto!” No im leaving!” “Balto no! “Don’t leave Balto!” as Balto was running away Jenna looked at the pups and thought to herself “I can’t just let them go and die I need help now.”

             The next morning Balto came back and started snarling and growling at the pups telling them to get out Jenna had awoke from all of the noise and started barking at Balto telling him to stop “Stop! Balto stop!” “You are going to hurt the pups!” “No I am not I want them out of here.” Go Balto go away go away for good if you wont accept these puppies they need a home and we are the only ones they can turn to for a home.” As Balto was running off he yelled “I don’t care.” “What am I going to do with you pups?” Jenna thought.

                A year later Boris is doing fine and the pups have found homes and toboe has left anchorage for good and he is never coming back as Balto and Jenna were standing on the boat together during the sunset they started nuzzling and said to each other “Im sorry.” Everything is back to normal Jenna is once again going to have pups but not with toboe with Balto and now they look back and get a disgusted look on their faces and hope it never happens again.
